Serious security concerns here.
Persistent harassment via mail. They have purchased a fictitious name from Dun and Bradstreet or have used a hacked list to obtain our fictitious information. When confronted to cease sending information, they blew smoke up our harassment with call a number instead of removing our stolen information. Dun and Bradstreet either sells our information or ondeck has used our information from a hacked Dun and Bradstreet list. Either way, this should trigger alarms. Chat session below.

Hello. How may I assist you?
At 14:25, Mar 4: Robin Landon
I see that you have purchased a client list or are using a hacked list of names and addresses from Dun and Bradstreet

We have created a fictitious company name and address on Dun and Bradstreet to weed out harvesting of names and addresses and the sale of information by big businesses. Can you kindly remove all references to the following:
At 14:26, Mar 4: Robin Landon
MILE Technologies, Inc.
At 14:26, Mar 4: Robin Landon
Any name under that company name
At 14:27, Mar 4: Robin Landon
Any mail sent to the address 2825 Wilcrest Dr., Ste 670 Houston, TX *******-6043

Thank you for waiting. I'll be with you in just a moment.

This chat conversation has been documented. Any additional contact to this company name or address shall be noted and included in this case. No further action is needed if it ceases effective immediately.

If you did purchase the contact list from Dun and Bradstreet can you provide the contact name and number to the person you purchased the list from?
At 14:33, Mar 4: Rudy M
I'll be right with you.
At 14:32, Mar 4: Robin Landon
This conversation will not be posted to online platforms. If any additional contact from ondeck persists after this conversation, this conversation and all additional contact of any kind shall be posted online along with complaints to the appropriate legal and law enforcement entities.

I'm sorry for the delay. I'll be right with you.

In order to locate your account, I will need some information from you. May I please have the name of your business, your name, the last four digits of your Social Security Number, and your Date of Birth?
At 14:37, Mar 4: Robin Landon
No. This is a fictitious name Robin Landon. Your Dun and Bradstreet lookup will fail because it is not a real company or actual persons name. It could not possibly be verified. Reference Code 4C6-3EA-23 is the only information you need to remove all references to the mailing address.

Please give us a call to assist you better with this situation. You may contact us by phone at *******246 + Option 3.

This is now considered an in-action. You may forward this to Jim Granat for further actions. Now it shall be posted online and forwarded to the proper channels. Good day.

Tip for consumers:

They can't follow simple instructions to remove us from their list. This reflects poor customer service and redirection from compliance with removal. What would they ask for the last four digits of a social security number to remove us from their mailers. That's common sense for everyone else except ondeck.

Products used:

the shredder for their incessant postal mailings
