1) Called helpline number *******492 at 9:43 Am on 04 aug 2020. IVR says we are on off
2) Called helpline number *******492 at 01:06 Pm on 04 aug 2020. IVR says we are not operational due to covid and given some number on IVR for emergency
3) i called on that number 6 times which is ******* ******* but same was not answered and no call back
4) i wrote email at 04 August 2020 13:27 no response
5) i twitted you and omron india on Twitter, no response on twitter
6) at 4:21 pm i got a call back stating that you will receive e mail revert and informed you can submit the nebulizer at rohini which i agreed. As it is required by me i asked if i can do it today, they said it is open till pm only
7) i got reply on email at 4; 45 pm and number given in email is *******767
8) i called on that number 2-3 times no one answered
9) i again called back to the person who called me and requested some contact details, he shared the same and finally i spoke to someone who said kal subha aana, aaj ka time kahatam
At last i have to purchase new and now they are not reimbursing
