Joe, Thank you so much for your expertise in helping me with the issue on my computer. By going with Mazilla, it has made it a lot easier to manage my e-mails. The problems I had with the other Techs could have been handled a lot easier if they would have mentioned to get rid of Outlook and just deal with Mazilla. You brought that to my attention, therefore making me realize that it was better to get rid of Outlook all together. Thanks again for you help. Frank Thomas
I filed a dispute for no service with my credit card company. Their process is not to contact the vendor but to contact the bank that vendor used. Two months are allowed for the vendor's bank's response. No reply was received so my entire purchase was refunded. In the interim I had contacted another tech company and was told that Omni had gone out of business.
I cannot express how much of a relief it is to be able to get high quality, professional help when my computer has a "bad hair day." Omnitech staff are always courteous, knowledgeable and most of the time it only takes one phone call to get the job done. It has never taken more than two phone calls. This service makes me feel that my computer is well protected in a world where there are many who would like to get into my data.
I think Omnitech support is okay - at least they have saved my computer from a total crash. I have some questions about them because of some "third party" charges I got at the same time I "bought" their plan. Also have questions about their plan as I was told I would never have to buy another plan - but today I had to renew my plan to the tune of another $400 for 2 years. That is not unreasonable, but I don't remember them telling me my plan would expire in 6 months. Otherwise, I think they are good.
The tech will work with you as long as it takes to resolve you issue. I have on occasion been on the phone with a tech for 4 Hr. I bought the service to help my mother keep her computer in good working order. The one thing I would have the company work on is working with older person. Speak slower and give clearr step by step instruction. I had to do a 3 way in order to interpet what action my mother needed to take. This is a good service for kids helping their parents keep the computers working.

I am very satisfied with the knowledge of the T5 techs and their ability to assess problems.

I have been dealing with m y computer issue for 4 days and 4 1/2 hours later, without success. My last contact before, demanding a refund of my $199, was with Frank, who successfully remedied my problem. I wasted 4 1/2 hours of my life and I feel I should be granted a portion of my payment. Frank did the job!
