We bought the ham for our party because, when I Googled for "the best baked ham" we could buy online, Omaha Steak's Durok Boneless Ham came in #1 or at least in the top 3 from pro reviewers, and the price was reasonable. The online process is well-developed and the ham in indeed very good (though a tad too salty, in my opinion). Several guests wanted to know where we got it! We'll be back for more!
Though the bacon wrapped filets were very good all the other meets were very tough and after spending this amount of money I would think they would he using better quality meets! The potatoes and apple tarts were a good Addition but did not make up for poor quality of t h e meets! Will not buy again and will make sure I tell everyone I know how disappointed we were!
Still waiting for our Omaha delivery scheduled to arrive on January 13,2024. No contact from Omaha regarding any delay, no update other than to say shipped with January 13 expected arrival on the 13th, Omaha web site said the same thing.
Finally after struggling through the suggested help sites could find no way to track the order to confirm if it was late or stolen off my porch!
Finally found a contact number and was told it would arrive on Tuesday 4 days late. Not a great experience, hopefully it does get here so I can stop checking to see if maybe it's here
I received filets among other items as a Christmas gift.
The filets had silver fat all throughout them. I couldn't even chew it. I will never order from Omaha again. I sent my brother the same package and there's where the same way. What a disappointment. I would've gave them NO STARS!

DO NOT BUY! I've been hearing about Omaha steaks on the Bob and Tom show for years and years. Obviously Omaha steak spends a lot of money to advertise their products that are a terrible deal and the customer pays for it! Look at the ratio of five star reviews to one star reviews. The one star reviews are catching up to the five star reviews. The reason for this is there is no value in these products. And once you buy Omaha steaks will relentlessly market you. BAD DEAL!

I placed my first order and was lied to from the start
They said the order would be delivered by 12/13/23 which I thought wouldn't happen. It was then updated to 12/15 now amended to 12/27. They are a very hard sell!
First $19.00 for shipping unless you sign up with them, so a $99.00 as advertised turned into $129, I could live with that but if you want a card included as a gift that was another $19.00. I send their tons of emails to junk. Never again! Order from Costco, they are honest

Firstly You're forced to buy preset "packages" and quantities, secondly and most importantly because wasn't forced to buy of course but the quality of the steaks at $28+ ea were on par with bargain freezer section of The local grocery, very dissatisfied and at $130.oo

We got 2 pounds of king crab legs and they were terrible. Don't waste your money. We had snow crab from Costco that was 500x better. Literally garbage. Thank God they were half off.

It took me an hour and a half to place two orders. Enormous problems with every step of online ordering. Also, when I tried to pay with PayPal, it forced me to only use a credit card for the purpose. Other problems are too many to specify. Too much trouble.

The toughest, driest pork loin chops I've ever TRIED to eat. After eating 1/2 of one, I threw the remaining chops away. Had trouble cutting them with a steak knife. I baked them according to instructions.

First and last order for me from Omaha Steaks. Chicken Cordon Bleu is NOT as pictured on their website! These things have a full 1/2 inch of heavy breading all around--fully half the entire weight of the item, and with less than 2-3oz of chicken and almost zero ham inside. What a ripoff!

Ordered Christmas package for my nephew in Alabama. Checked order, same day. Realized it was going to my home. Called immediately. I was told it was corrected. Even received a confirmation. Then I received a email a few days before Christmas telling me it was going to my home, not to my nephew. Called and talked to a supervisor, explaining my problem. Told me that a label had been made and she could do nothing to help me. Needless to say this ruined my nephew and his family's Christmas. Will not order again!

I accidentally typed in the wrong address (ex: 2607 instead of 2706) when ordering my steaks. UPS wasn't able to deliver them. I called Omaha Steaks and received NO HELP whatsoever! I couldn't believe it after spending hundreds of dollars on their steaks. They said it's my fault, they won't do a thing.

Received an Omaha Steaks package in late June that included a package of bacon, when received put meat on freezer and later moved the bacon to refrigerator to thaw, but was there unused longer than probably thought, but when I got it out yesterday found that it was moldy, didn't think it was anything I had done, wondered if this gab been a problem!
I have ordered from them in the past and have been pleased with the service. This last order though the steaks where very tough and mealy tasting. I let them know and they did nothing at all to replace or refund the purchase. Won't shop from a company like that

Beef is all filler. Meat balls and hamburgers are very bad. Beaf wellington is worse. Chicken fried beef steak are not edible. How do you keep selling this bad meat. I need a refund. Horrible stuff.

Glad I received these as a gift and didn't buy the $100 package, had filets last night.so tough we couldn't even chew them! Save yourself money and buy meat from your local grocery. The WORST meat I have ever tried to eat. Ended up throwing them out.

I placed my order to be delivered on December 23rd to my son and daughter in law as a Christmas gift. My CC was charged but they did not receive the order on December 23rd. I emailed the help line with no response. I called the customer number and waited on hold for nearly 20 minutes to finally be told it was their mistake and the order will arrive on December 30th. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and will not be doing business with Omaha Steaks in the future.

I was ordering a 89.99 special from a TV ad on 12/12/23. This special was for four steaks, four pork chops, four hamburgers, 4 desserts and a seasoning pack. By mistake I clicked on a screen that was for Rib eye steak. I thought it was an option of the special. It was not. It was for only 4 steaks. I called the customer service dept and talked to a representative. She told me there was nothing that could be done because I had placed the order on line. The three items I thought I had ordered were three Christmas gifts. My family did not receive the gifts I had meant for them. I'm very unhappy with Omaha Steaks.

I just recently went to the Mansfield store and purchase over $300 worth of product. My mistake for being a first time customer in spending that much money but I always do it with the name Omaha steaks. It would be delicious however we have cooked up some burgers they were horrible no taste whatsoever. No wonder why they gave away 12 free burgers when you buy one of the package deals And with me being a first time customer oh you can add this on for this much money and that on for so much more money well like a fool I did the steak tips were so tiny that probably a baby could eat them and not even choke that's how tiny they were. I have not tried any of the other stuff yet like the pork chops the hotdogs, the ribs, the chicken, the meatballs, and everything else that I have purchased if there's anything like the first two items that I bought I will be very disappointed. Just think to spend that much money and the food is horrible over $300 and I probably will not be back.

Buyer beware this company promises free hamburger for buying a steak selection but never sends it. When I called to ask when they will ship the burgers they said that they won't be sending them. I asked for a Partial refund and they never sent it either.

Omaha steaks has lost their respect, they have become a rip-off. I ordered a package of meat and did not get all that I paid for. I called to find out when the rest of the order would come and customer service said they will not be sending it. Then I finally got a full time customer service representative that said she would send me 30.00 dollars back, it never came. If you order from them you might get some of your order. No quaranty.

I have put in three orders and the first one was delayed but it was near Christmas so I thought that was probably normal. Second order was in the summer when it was hot and they left the order on the truck when the freezer went out so they put in a new order but then delayed the shipping a second time but would not tell me why. Orders are only on freezer trucks while on an Omaha truck. Once the order is transferred to UPS or FedEx, it is NOT on any kind of cooler truck and your meat is just out in a styrofoam cooler. Third order was in January and it was delayed, then they duplicated it, cancelled the duplication and then delayed again. I just cancelled the order. Not worth the hassle.
