Old-friends.co is updating their website, and I just found https://old-friends.co/help.php# which has privacy information that sounds like tracking for information gathering.
The following is a copy of my contact with their website:

Please remove the following information from below the searches of Google and Bing XXXXXX class lists - contact old friends
I cannot sign-up on this outdated website, so what is your point of putting your website in that location? For example, in those searches do you see anyone who actually went to that school, and furthermore, signed-up? Google search XXXXXX Bing search XXXXXX

Not sure what you consider "outdated", but the site is very much active, contains over 200 million student records with about 95% accuracy and about 35% complete class listings. We have several million members and deliver hundreds of messages every day.AFAIK, none of your names are currently displayed on our site and eventually, any remnants in the SE caches will drop off. That is all we can do.
Can you sign me up?
No, but to become a member, you would have to have your name displayed, which is what you've been requesting *not happen*. Also, you would probably get an error message because your name is probably just permanently hidden, in hopes that will prevent someone from adding it again.
So why did your website put it below my name identifying who I was if you cannot sign me up and allow me to opt-out? There are no others in that search area. I just forwarded an email to illustrate how hard it is to keep websites from using XXXXXX.
You are already opted out. We've done all we can. Caches expire by themselves. Please do not expect any more replies.
Do not put words into my email I DID NOT OPT-OUT OF old-friends.co NOR DID I SIGN UP. SO FOLLOW THE REST OF THE STORY, BECAUSE YOU DO NOT HAVE TO REPLY. I STATED YOU ARE SIMPLY ON MY LIST, LIKE THE OTHERS WHO HAVE TRACKED ME DOWN.

To repeat what we've told you before.
1) We've done everything we can. We've removed you from our system. Google and Bing have control over their caches, we do not. We CANNOT control those caches.
2) Those caches will eventually expire in a few months.
3) Search results are customized to each searcher by the search engines. Your results will prioritize things/places that you've interacted with in the past.
I would like old-friends.co to remove their list of students who went to my high school from below my old name in Google and Bing searches. I am not on their list, and I do not want to pay $3 to register to use their delete me option.
