It's a thin formula that lathers nicely it cleansed while and hydrating my face. The hyaluronic + peptides included are a bonus being gentle and effective removing impurities and dead skin cells from my face without drying my skin. It felt moisturized being supple, soft very smooth to the touch. I think it's a good facial wash I liked the way my skin looked and felt after using Olay Regenerist hyaluronic Peptide Revitalizing face. I received Olay complimentary from Pinchme in exchange for my honest opinion.
I contacted to Olay to return some of Olay products that have a short time for expiration date. I had the deal for those products but all of those products have EXP very close. They seem to try to trap their customers. They do not allow me to return with no reason! I wasted a lot of time and money. I will not pay any penny for Olay products. Be aware with Olay's deals.

look at review carefully before making order

4 transactions in one day for almost $1500 charged to our account on this site. After a week they are still fighting with our banks fraud department. Just shows that they are more worried about their bottom dollar than being legitimate.

After contacting them via Facebook, and IG and filling out a form on their website, I still haven't received my order after three and a half weeks of placing the order. Every time they reply it is a different representative saying "please let us know if you still haven't received your products". They are not willing to solve the main issue immediately, they do not pay attention to previous communications regarding the same ticket number; they just reply to my emails a week after with no solution. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE.

I just purchased new body wash. I had to go to my Dr's office because I broke out in a rash all over my body from using this product. Only Fresh Water & Lavender. I would like to talk to someone. Janis Carter *******514
I am very disappointed that they discontinued the resurfacing peel. I have used this product for years, it is one of my favorites. I had to buy it on Amazon for a very high price. When I can't find it anymore I guess I'll have to go with a different brand. I don't have a receipt because I bought it online.
I have followed all the steps in Olay products for aging, wrinkles and bags under eyes nothing works. Will be buying a different product.

Do not order from Olay. I accidently ordered 3 orders in june, emailed them and got no reply. When the products came, I kept 2 and sent 1 back for refund, because i had a feeling it would be a struggle. Boy, was i right. It is so hard to reach out to a representative, if you chat with one online, they don't really solve your problem, or take too long to solve it via email. If you contact them through twitter, they dont reply for days. Its August, and I have not received my refund for 1/3 out of the orders. I'm currently fighting for my sanity on trying to get my money back. Worst Company to buy from. Safe yourselves the mental breakdowns.
Placed an order on the 14th of January. Shipped on the 18th with USPS and still haven't received it. No shipping updates from USPS since Jan 27th. No update or response from USPS so I eached out to Olay 2 days ago and all they said was it was in transit and scheduled to be delivered. No delivery date estimate. No additional help or follow up, just call if it doesn't come. It shipped 16 days ago. I live in PA, not a desert Island. At what point is it long enough to be be considered lost or undelivered. Should've never ordered direct. Should've went with a middle man like Amazon for reliable timely delivery. Thanks for nothing, Olay.

None. Never came.
I had proof of mailing, and proof of it being stuck in Maryland for weeks with no further movement. I had copies of emails with Olay (yes, they replied). I provided all of this to PayPal and my money was refunded. Honestly, I just wanted to try the product; now I won't even bother. I'll spend my $ elsewhere.
Tip for consumers:
Stay away from Olay.com. Olay products are good; I use them. Just wanted to try something new at a discount price and it was total aggravation. Now I won't even purchase that product in a store; I'll find something comparable by a competitor.

nothing; it never arrived
I wanted to try the roughly $16 skin brightening cream. I ordered it and anticipated it to be received within 7 days. Never came. Tracking number states it is in Maryland since May 29th, meanwhile it was in Kearny, NJ for 3 days, 20 minutes from my house. I was lucky that customer service responded. Stated my package appears to have been lost in transit, but have refunded me $89. WHAT THE? I wrote back, this must be some sort of scam. Shame on them. Don't know how they stay in business.
Tip for consumers:
beware; took the money; never received the product; said it would refund me, and had the wrong refund amount, MORE than I paid...ugh I just want this to end

I have been an Olay user for more than 10 years. I purchased a package of Olay Age Defying Vitamin E as I always have. Something is wrong with this package. It has dried out my skin like no other has. It has also gave me a vaginal infection. I have never experienced anything like this before using Olay.
Received product with the jar open and half the cream on the side of the jar and in the box. Had to speak to 3 customer service representatives to get a refund. A complete run around experience.
Hello, I'm writing you today sadly because I've used your soap products for over 20+ years, and within the past 2-3 years or so I've noticed a change in the soap makes my body feel so dry and Irritating as if the Ingredients have been changed Modified in so way. I've changed my brand of soap to Dove I was highly disappointed because I've been using Olay for so long I just loved it but with the downgrade I feel the soap has made, the bars as gotten smaller prices have increased while the Quality decreased. If you were to go back to their original product I would return as a customer but until then I'm sad to say that I can't buy your products any longer.
I ordered under the BOGO promotion on the Olay site. When I received their product I was short 2 jars of product. On my order receipt it stated the correct amount of product I ordered. I called customer service and explained my concerns. They quite frankly blew me off. I called several times with no satisfaction and was hung up on twice. The customer service representatives are rude, talk over what I was saying and offer no resolution for customer concerns. I have received from Olay a shipping label to return my product, but after reading the reviews I question whether I should, being as it seems once they have your money they don't issue refunds. I would not have given Olay even 1 star, but to submit this review I had to chose at least one star.
I cannot order on the website it brings the shop all site up and doesn't let me see the products. What can I do?
I am the care provider for a 96.5 year old blind female. She was given a 23.6 fluid ounces bottle of "OLAY Ultra Moisture Advanced" Body Wash (With Shea Butter, Vitamins B3, B5, and E.) as holiday giftShe applied a small amount to her face (cheeks and nose) after completing her pre-bedtime hygiene regimen, at 8:00 p.m. EST, Thursday, 21 Dec 23. Then she went to bed. In bed, her face began to burn and itch. She had a miserable night. As her care provider, I saw her the following morning, today, Friday, 22 Dec 23, at 6:00 a.m. Her face was beet red. She continued to feel a burn. I called the "OLAY Questions" number at *******261. The male clerk who responded acted exactly in the image of the non-performers who plague the American work force today. After obtaining the product information, he read to me from a script. When I had to repeat myself in response to his questions I decided he either was not paying attention or could not hear me. After he complained that I was "yelling at him," I gave up. This was our first and will be our last experience with any OLAY product.

Interesting that after using Olay I have begun growing facial hair. Like full on beard. Like I was a biological male or something. I guess Olay doesn't think the skin of a biological woman is different from the skin of a biological man! I guess they think we can all use whatever skin products are available on the market - whether they were scientifically engineered for a woman's skin - dealing with female hormones during the monthly cycle, following the birth of a child, or aging and going through hormone changes. I guess they think estrogen and testosterone treat the skin the same way? So, they have either been lying to biological women all these years, and they aren't scientifically engineering skin care products for us all this time, or they are lying to us now.
All the previous reviews are about Olay products, nothing about their website. I pretty much love everything I've tried from Olay, but ordering online is a nightmare. The website is difficult to navigate (i. E. search terms bring up nothing) and supposedly "Olay insiders" (signed up for their emails) get 20% off, at least that is their current promotion. Nope, doesn't happen. I've gone round in circles with Olay CS trying to resolve this; but I think their I. T. Department just doesn't get it? How can a huge company like P&G have such a terrible I. T. Department? How hard would it be to generate a 20% off code? To their credit, they have tried to rectify this by sending me pre-paid debit cards, but those are clunky and inefficient to use online. Again, a gift card... NOT a debit card... would be the way to go here. Once I finally did order, I got an email message that "one of your items isn't in stock". Ohhhh Kaaay... but nothing to indicate when it *would* be in stock or if I would be refunded the charge? It took a couple of follow-up emails to resolve that. P&G/Olay, get your website in order! You're a huge company, please have a decent website!
