I ordered a floor lamp. Basically, OJCommerce is the distributor for the manufacturer and did not package the item. They shipped it through FedEx and I got it by the stated date. Upon opening the lamp, it had a defect - through no fault of OJCommerce. I immediately called them, explained the problem, sent pictures and was given a full refund that day. I have nothing but respect for a company that stands behind their business.
I wish I read these reviews before making a purchase. This was the worst experience I had. I purchased an ottoman and received an end table. I now have to pay an additional cost to ship it back and I was expecting to entertain with my new ottoman which was a shipped table. Never Again
I went on the reviews and am very disappointed in this child's lounge chair. My granddaughter is 4 years old and the barbie in the picture is 2.5 feet tall. This chair is best for a child between 2-3 years of age. I contacted the company and they charge a 20% restock fee and I am responsible for the shipping. By the time, I pay all these charges, I'm not getting 1/4 the of my money back. VERY UNHAPPY. Will not purchase from them again.
My gray room divider was perfect in weight (light), height, illustrated style, and workmanship. However, the paint was peeling off revealing white spots over 80% of the screen. Fortunately it will be placed in a spot not visible to many to its fine.
Previously purchased the same item directly from Naomi Home and was very pleased. Decided to purchase a second one from OJCommerce. Entire chair is out of alignment and very uncomfortable. Too expensive to return. Not an outfit I would ever consider doing business with again.
I was very disappointed with communication. I received one email and was never informed when I could expect delivery. I called the customer service number twice, waiting over 8 minutes the last time. When I finally spoke with someone, I was told my order was back ordered and would have to wait another 2 weeks. I never received an email and if I had not called, would not have known. I asked to speak with a manager and was told they were not in at this time. Currently, waiting on a return call. I will not be ordering from them again
Its a pretty kitchen but some parts were broken and the handle to the fridge kept coming off. It wont screw in. Not happy about that at all.
My aqua jogger arrived a lot earlier than I expected. I have put it to good use in the water and it works great!
I bought an exercise product for my 90 yr. Old great aunt. It was too heavy and was too large for the space she has for it being she lives in a retirement home and only has a small room. You have to have the original packaging, pay for shipping and handling, which would have been a lot considering how heavy it is, and there's a 20%/50% restocking fee. I will never buy anything from this company again.
Read the reviews before purchasing this mattress. I paid extra for the 10" and it barely measures 5" at best. I requested the extra $37 be refunded and they said no. They wanted me to take pictures, measurements and return the item. Not worth the my effort and time! BEWARE!
I was excited when I opened the package and show that it really matched the color of my bedroom furniture. As I put it together it wasn't what I thought. The middle bar with the three legs that should touch the floor didn't come close - not one of them. I also ended up with 2 extra slates because the holes to screw holes where set it up wrong. I am worried about the stability of my bed.
Bed came today ordered from Walmart.com. None of the pieces had stickers on them to identify what pieces were what. Very hard to put together with no markings.
Received the chair with no hardware. Called cs phone number and the first question they asked was if I looked for the hardware... obviously I did. Also, their phones use VoIP and you can only hear 1 out of every 5 words the rep says. Hoping I get the hardware soon to put it together after waiting two weeks to begin with.
I purchased an anti-fatigue kitchen mat. The design was nice but it wasc cheaply made, shipped to the wrong address, (thank goodness for an alert mail carrier), and the packaging was subpar. I will not order from them again
I love that this side bar fits perfectly in my space. It works well with my decor and provides just the right amount of space for storage. I rated this product 2 stars because it arrived damaged and the damages are extremely noticeable!
So, I tried to talk my son into getting a better quality dresser to put his clothes in, but this is the one he liked the design of the best.
I think if we keep it in it's one spot, it will be fine. HOWEVER, we put it together in our game room and then went to lift it to take it to his room and it was already falling apart. We tried sliding it across the floor and same thing. It started coming apart. We placed it in the room and told our son... WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT MOVE IT. We think it MAY last if it is just not moved. TERRIBLE piece of furniture.
I will never buy from this company again The TV stand I ordered is very flimsy And the maximum weight it will hold is 40 pounds that was not in the advertisement The middle shelves only hold 10 pounds, one of the legs broke before I got it together, the screw holes were drilled at a angle so when putting screws in it came thru the side wall.
Over all height of shades makes it hard to get to base to operate. Shade is not secured to bulb or lamp body to prevent accidentially dislodging it. Needs specialty bulb. Was hard to find. I'm sure OJC doesn't make the lamp, but their qaulity control should see these fault.
I ordered a trampoline mat and it turned out to be too big. I filed for a return and was told I would have to pay for the return myself and a 20% restocking fee. On a $100 item this hardly seemed fair. Then they said I had to return the item in the exact same packaging it came in or it would be 50% restocking fee. Try refolding a 16 ft. Trampoline mat exactly the same way it came not fun. This company is not good to buy from even if their items are lower priced.
I ordered 2 night stands and when I got them they both looked cheap not happy with them there so small that they dont even look like night stands easy for it to fall over not sturdy enough
I purchased a coverlet through Walmart that was shipped third party from OJ Commerce. I tried various attempts through Walmart to try to return it then finally found out that I needed to ship it directly back to OJ Commerce. Multiple emails later I finally got the information I needed from OJ Commerce in order to do the shipment. When I took it to UPS, the only carrier that I could use that could get it there on time as so much time had elapsed with the runaround with Walmart, I found that it was going to cost me nearly $50 to send a $100 product back. You do the math. I'm keeping it and/or trying to sell it on a social media outlet. As I said to OJ Commerce I will not knowingly purchase from them again, nor will I ever purchase from Walmart again.
Good quality product. Easy assembly instructions. Box and one of the cabinets was damaged. Customer service number just says go online. When I called Sauder office no one answered. I left a message and never heard from anyone. Just living with the damage since it's behind a bathroom door.
My desk wood was cracked on corner. Holes never matched up to fit drawer and cabinet in not happy wood was compressed wood not oak 5 hrs of labor to put together because pre drilled holes did not match. Had to drill new places to get together
The Rocker Recliner purchased is uncomfortable in reclining position, the seat cushion is saggy, and it takes me 2 or 3 tries to close the recliner (I am a healthy 58 year old Male.) I called about returns, and they said I had to pay return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. I am guessing well over $100 total. The Thank You email they sent me said "If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product or service you received, we want to fix it. Please contact us right away at..." I contacted them and was told all they can do is waive the restocking fee if I buy something else at equal or greater value, but I still pay return shipping. NO THANKS. Not what I call fixing the problem. We are listing it on Offer Up to hopefully take less of a loss than returning it.
I ordered the tray tables. The drop top table is great, but the tables are cheap. When putting it together, the top rails came off. They are held on with three small nails.
