Beautiful dress - had an issue with sizing and the process to exchange was difficult but charlotte helped me and offered good service.
I think these dresses are meant for midgets because I'm not even that tall 5'6 and a half and the dress I ordered was so short on me it ended half way up my butt. It almost ripped trying to get it on because it had a bodysuit underneath that was soo tiny and not even shown to have on the pictures of the website. I wouldn't not reccomend these dresses if your even 5'4" and up there's no way it'd fit. But they did let me return it and get a refund.

I had a problem with my order the name was wrong on the parcel was worried that I couldn't collect my parcel in France, they need the name on the ID and the parcel for them to hand it to you. The customer service team support I received from Nikki and Louise was amazing. They was quick to respond to my email and they also made sure the problem was solve fast! Thank you guys

I've been ordering from oh polly regularly, especially before lockdown. They have a range of amazing dresses that are worth every penny. If I ever had any enquiries regarding my orders were always resolved on the same day. They have exceptional customer service, can not fault them. Recently I was also assisted by one of their representatives - Alex. She was very helpful and had no issue with my enquiry. Would definitely recommend this brand and their customer service :)

I placed my first ohpolly order and bought white bo+tee leggings and they came to me with a stain. I got in touch with customer service via Instagram dms and they took SUCH GREAT CARE OF ME. Luce was so helpful and theyre sending me a brand new pair for no charge. Luce was so sweet and the entire process took about 5 minutes! So easy, so flawless. I will ordering a lot more from ohpolly! Absolutely love everything about the company!

My favorite brand by far. I started ordering from ohpolly about a year ago and now it's the only place I get my bathing suits from! I've recently started ordering from Bo&Tee and I'm obsessed! The quality is amazing and I always get compliments wearing their sets! The customer service is fantastic as well. Always a quick response and always extremely helpful! Alexandra and Annie are amazing! I would highly recommend ohpolly to anybody!

Haven’t received them yet, but I ordered two tops.
I ordered two items from oh Polly and they didn't arrive the next day which is what I paid for and my parcel said that oh polly suspected fraud and that wasn't the case so I decided to message them on *******@ohpollyhelp about the issue and in a matter of 15minutes my problem was sorted the parcels was sent off.
If you have any issues I strongly recommend messing them on *******@ohpollyhelp I was helped by Annie and Lauren they were gems!

The items from oh polly may seem expensive to some but I promise you it is worth it the quality of there clothing is amazing so stretchy and long lasting i never buy a dress from anywhere else cause I know oh polly never disappoints
The only thing I would recommend is maybe going a size up I’m usually an 8 but sometimes it’s good to have a little bit of room to breath but it also being tight and figure fitting and going a size up does that

I ordered some dresses for my birthday so I would have something nice to wear when I go to Vegas. I was worried the shipment might not make it to me in time, so I contacted their customer service. Bethanie went above and beyond to make sure the shipment got sent out and helped me in upgrading my shipping to receive the package before my trip. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I ordered a satin top which was beautiful but unfortunately came with little holes in it due to the straps, I immediately contacted the ohpolly help Account on instagram and sent the pictures. I received help very quickly and the Problem was handled very well and the girl, responsible für customer Service, was very nice. Now I‘ll get a completely new top which has been sent already.
