Beautiful dress - had an issue with sizing and the process to exchange was difficult but charlotte helped me and offered good service.
I think these dresses are meant for midgets because I'm not even that tall 5'6 and a half and the dress I ordered was so short on me it ended half way up my butt. It almost ripped trying to get it on because it had a bodysuit underneath that was soo tiny and not even shown to have on the pictures of the website. I wouldn't not reccomend these dresses if your even 5'4" and up there's no way it'd fit. But they did let me return it and get a refund.

I have ordered from OP before and usually am content with the quality of the materials. However, my recent experience, June 2022, the fabric and material felt much cheaper then what I assumed. The dress I ordered was also super wrinkled up and made the try on part look very cheap. I was deeply disappointed since I relied on it fitting like previous dresses and will be returning. Sad to say, I will not be ordering from them again.
Don't bother purchasing from them unless you are ok paying a FORTUNE for shipping if you need to return anything. I messaged them about this and I just get a generic response over and over they don't actually address any of my questions or concerns. It's frustrating I will not shop with them again and will advise my friends and family not to as well.

I ordered from ohpolly not too long ago and the material is nice but the sizing isn't that great, and also if you try to make a return you have to pay for shipping which isn't fair because you already pay a decent amount from their site, I paid 15$ just to return something that was too small. So I wouldn't buy from them again. Terrible site.
I ordered two dresses on a Wednesday and they arrived on Friday. The shipping was really fast. But the sizing is way off. I'm usually a size US 4 or 6. I read the size guide and ordered a 6 but it was so tight my boobs were squished and made me look like I was being Suffocated. I wanted to order a size 8 but then I went to the reviews and heard going through a refund is hell. BEWARE SIZE UP! The material is not stretchy at all. The dresses are pretty though.

Our site displays UK sizes and so a UK size 6 would actually be a US size 2, hence why you found the item too tight. I'd recommend selecting a UK 8-10 as this is the same as a US 4-6, and should therefore fit perfectly. The first time I needed help with one of my orders I got very lucky and got help right away but this time around I have been messaging and emailing non-stop and have barely had any help just had the same thing asked and I give all the information needed but I'm stuck there for hours with now help on my package. I am now to the point where I'm frustrated with trying to get ahold of customer service.
I ordered one item a month ago. I have contacted the team and they were helpful, they even gave me a discount and a refund on shipping but I'm still yet to receive my dress. I live in Australia but it shouldn't take this long. I needed it for my anniversary on the 20th but had to scramble and find a last minute dress the night before. It makes me question if they are a scam but they seem legit.

I ordered from OhPolly twice and let me just say. I hope you don't need to return anything, it was going to cost me $28 to return a dress. Crazy! The sizing is off and customer service was not helpful one bit. However, I ended up wearing the dress just because I was stuck with it and although i ended up liking the dress it was not worth what i paid for it. The second time i ordered, I received a dress that was such a THICK material i couldn't walk straight lol! Did not look like this at all on the site. So I wasted my money the second time around. Wouldn't recommend!
I'm a US 0-2, and normally a UK 4-6. In the past I've worn Oh Polly dresses in a UK 4. This time I purchased a UK 6 according to the model details and the fit is way off. The dress is simply not a UK 6 but is more like a US size 0. I think Oh Polly needs to redesign their sample sizes and work on sizing that's actually not for children sized adults with no breasts. I could barely zip up the dress and my boobs were nearly spilling out of the cups. The hip area was also ridiculously tight.
The dresses are getting way too small and designs need to be resized to reflect true proportions for women.
For reference, I'm 5'6" and 112 lbs with a slim and athletic build. That's 168cm tall and 51kg in weight.
I ordered an item two weeks before my birthday and it took over a month to arrive, needless to say that I was unable to wear the top I ordered for my special day. I ordered the "Love Letter", mesh corset in the color blush. The packaging was cute but the item itself was lackluster. Although the chest area was more heavily padded than the rest of the corset, it is still sheer. Furthermore, the straps do not stay up, even with adjusting the strap lengths! For a poorly fitting $43.45 top, with nearly $7.00 shipping to arrive over a month later, my final verdict is to save your money.
Tip for consumers:
First of all, be aware that their shipping takes FOREVER (if shipping to the US). Secondly, they have a very inflexible return policy and require you to pay for the return! Therefore, be cautious of the size you order.

Can you please do a bikini cup size that's bigger than a B? I don't know why so many shops do it but why are bikini tops always in sizes 6, 8, 10 when there are obviously women who are a size 8 back but a DD cup?! Makes no sense, just use bra sizes. I know so many people who feel the same way.

Ordered two dresses from Oh Polly over the last 3 months. There sizing guidelines never match the product. It cost for delivery and costs to return or even exchange a product for a different size!

We use standard UK sizing and always include sizing guidance within each product description - ie. Our satin pieces contain little stretch so we recommend sizing up in these. I have always been a size 6/8 however the dresses are so tight and sizing is not accurate at all that the last dress I bought a size eight to be on the safe side and it was still so tight. I had to buy two dresses in different sizes as previously it's so hit and miss. I think a lot of the time the dresses are really uncomfortable with no stretch at all as well. The zoos are an absolute nightmare they are always cheap tiny little zips that are hard to fasten. The dress that actually fit me perfectly I wore once and the strap broke. They wouldn't refund as I had worn it. I found it really unfair and I had only worn it for a couple of hours and the strap completely came off. I hadn't even had the garment 24 hours. Poor customer service! I think the clothes are highly over rated for what they are, yes they look pretty but very expensive, bad customer service and overall fit is not good at all, especially if you have boobs bigger than a b cup!

I ordered from this site for my bday! I ordered my correct size which is an 8, it was wayyyy too small! So me being a black girl I just figured their clothes ran small, for smaller petite women. Which a lot of these do. Because I really liked the items so I returned them. (still haven't received my refund) and I re ordered in a size 12. A whole 4 sizes larger then what I normally wear just so that way if it was too big I could just get it altered. No still wayyy to small. I am disappointed because I leave for Vegas tomorrow! Even more because I know they are like the same company as PLT/Boohoo and I love those sites! Very very unsatisfied. They will not get my business again.
