I purchased 4 cubic yards of the Absolute Black Shredded Mulch and this junk was the worst quality I've ever used. Not only was shredded plastic, metal pieces and chunks of plywood embedded in this stuff but in the center of this pile of garbage was a DEAD WHITE CAT! To top this off I paid for the order 6 weeks in advance and they were still 10 days late with the drop off. When I called several times to inquire about my order being late the willfully inadequate person in charge didn't offer an apology. I must say that I purchased 3 cubic yards from Ohio Mulch about in 2013 with no problem, the mulch was clean and the delivery was on time. I am kind of surprised that such a sharp decline in product and service can occur over 3 years.
