I had a broken part to my light. Customer Service second to none. An email and a pic and within minutes a replacement sent with tracking. I wish others were as good as you!

I needed a bunch of small chandelier bulbs. I got exactly what I needed and they arrived when promised. The price was the best I could find. I'm very happy.

Was not delivered to my door or my mailbox!
Was dropped on the cement in front of my mailbox. That is unacceptable.

My ordered bulb was sent in a small padded envelope. Item arrived broken. Attempted to contact seller two times. Zero response. Not impressed.

Good price, fast online order process. One of the shades was cracked upon arrival. I sent an email about it and received a very quick response that another was on the way. It arrived a few days later. Awesome customer service!

Impressed so far by ease of use, ordering, etc. Waiting to make sure that the glass fixture ships here without incident though! [After] I had my doubts, but this was exactly as shown, and it was perfect for the lamp in question which required a very, very specific part. Thanks to these guys, I got it on the first try. AND they shipped a 12" glass ball across the country successfully. Saved my hide, for sure.

I very much love the product and thought it was a very good price. However, one of our shades was broken in the box when it arrived. I have sent an email to see about how to get a replacement and I haven't heard back yet. I realize that might take a few days. But, my overall experience and being willing to recommend the company will depend on that getting resolved.

Shipping was slower than expected and I was unable to use the bulbs at this time. They were meant to adorn a fireworks tent for the holiday. Perhaps if we participate again next year we'll be able to use them. Otherwise the products look good (though we did not test them) and the price was also fair.

The order process went smoothly, the delivery was quick and everything arrived with no visible damage. Unfortunately one bulb burned out within 24 hours. When I removed the bulb it was still clear but within a couple of minutes it got dark? The thin filament is broken where it connects to the thicker wire at the base of the bulb.

After I made my purchase I never received any notification of when It would ship or expected arrival date. I would check my email frequently for updates or tracking info. Out of the blue the bulb showed up at my door. I wish there was better communication from the company. I don't think I would buy from again due to the lack of communication about when items will ship, have shipped, and was not given tracking.

Shipping cost was outrageous. It costs $3 to ship a bubble envelope. Charging 4 times for shipping that took over a week to arrive, is ludicrous and an obvious ploy to pad profits on an already borderline over priced product.
That being said the product was as listed and good quality.

You lost my order and upon my email corrected the mistake and I received the order,just a little late. I wasn't very happy with the shipping price which was twice the cost of the product. Thank You Larry

Not Received order yeah emails last week when I received your email that you were following up on my order I asked for a review of my order and where it was on the email I sent and so far nothing has come back at all

Fan globe did not work on my fan. Return would cost me postage even though I was told it would fit my fan. I can't afford to ever do business with you again.

Repeating from the previous review, the wrong item was sent. I will call next week for a resolution. (I could not call this week since it was a holiday week.)

The only problem we had it was not the right size. We have not returned it yet, but have no use for this size.

The clear button cover would not screw onto the switch, I had to modify it to make it work

The globe was very thin one came cracked I paid for overnight delivery it took 3 days

My first order I had several broken bulbs and was upset but contacted the company and Judy was awesome.
