I got my first listing with offrs. Lead Feed is very cool. All types of seller leads in one place. The automated email marketing system has allowed me to reach out to quality leads without having to spend hours manually researching and crafting emails. It's so easy to use and the results have been amazing! Our first Just Sold campaign was a great success! Consistent marketing helps to keep your business top-of-mind for leads, even if they are not yet ready to list.
The owner of the company blew off my first scheduled meeting and that should have been a red flag for me! I signed up for the service where they would make the calls to the leads and then call me as soon as they had one so I could just follow up on the hot leads. I DIDN'T RECEIVE ONE PHONE CALL. NOT ONE LEAD! TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!
The platform is not user friendly, data is outdated and false and once sold you are on your own…. Called to complaint and never got my money back after 10 days of using this system and they are still charging me…. Run away…worst investment for a platform that sounds too good to be true…

I had to pay over 500$ before i could get in touch with an agent and everything didn't later go well. Since then i just turn to cryptocurrency. I invested with btcprofituk dot com and i make 20% off of my investment. It's okay, safe and very prompt for me. I implore people to try as much as possible to invest in crypto with good platforms.
I wanted to believe it was worth the time and money; but what I found were homes in my Offrs territory with a score of 0 {scores 0-100 - higher the score, more likely to list} going on the market. Not just once but several times. So if it is a 0 and it is now listed, how confident are you that spending money on homes with a score of 100 have any meaning. {See attached screen shots of my territory and you will see the scores of properties when they were listed}
I signed up, and thankfully only agreed to 1 territory. After a month of trying to figure it out I finally got it all set up. I immediately starting getting "leads" but none resulted in business. The leads were wrong numbers, some were other agents, some were not interested, some were already listed, some who knows... In the end I received ZERO calls about the marketing and my efforts through their platform. They said it takes a few months to work. After 3 months they said ohh you need to use these scripts to call people and door knock... Um thats why I signed up for this program, so I don't have to do that. After 5 months I asked to be released from my contract because it was not working and they said no. So lesson learned. In theory it sounds great but just didn't work for me.
