They were out of stock on the model I originally inquired about, but offered the next model up at the same price. A brighter projector at the same resolution, and it arrived quickly. Nice to find a company where a real person answers the phone!

Placed an order for the same projector from 2 previous companies with both companies cancelling my order. Officewonderland showed in stock on their website so I proceeded with caution. Item shipped same day order was placed and arrived three days later.

The sales manager personally called me to let me know that the particular Epson projector model has been discontinued. He then offered to give me the replacement model (which is more expensive) at the discontinued model's price. He went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Fantastic customer service!

Perfection
November 6, 2016

Perfection. Ordered what I wanted over the phone without any upselling. They simply answered my questions took down my order followed by emailing me confirmation of the purchase. What was nice is that when I called in I spoke with actual employees of Officewonderland who were knowledgeable about the items they are selling. A breath of fresh air.

If you are in need of a projector, this is the place to be! Officewonderland was a pleasure to work with. Our company's projector crapped out and I was assigned to order a replacement. With my limited knowledge of video equipment I anticipated a major workload ahead. Officewonderland matched a projector to fit my current set up, I received it in 3 days and all I needed was to plug and play! Thank you Officewonderland!

What a fiasco!

What a fiasco! Great pricing on the product but after the order was placed... an absolute disappointment. Not told of item on back-order until a week later; then it turns out it wasn't on back-order, the manufacturer just didn't ship it! And then it took 6 or 7 phone calls to Office Wonderland, who then called NEC, who then shipped it to the wrong location. What should have taken 3 or 4 days took 2 weeks! Just bad. The manager said he was embarrassed and couldn't apologize enough. Very unfortunate.

Mike contacted me with an availability issues from the manufacturer and worked diligently to find a solution that worked for me. It was a very positive customer service experience. The manufacturer discontinued a model and did not update inventory availability when that model was no longer available to them for distribution.

The projector I originally ordered was not available. The service rep called me and offered the next model up from it for the same price. This was a nice surprise and value for the unit I work for at the University of Arizona. Thanks!

Very helpful customer service. The unit I ordered was obsolete and a better replacement was recommended at the same price with no hesitation. Received unit in sufficient time and am very happy with it.

Office Wonderland (Mike S.) contacted me to let me know about a product update for one ordered that was discontinued. Cancelled the original order and placed a new one for the updated product. Was also offered a $50 discount as well! The updated product order actually cost less than the discontinued one - thanks for assistance!

I was blown away by the customer service and follow up by their agent, Mike Spencer! Wow! He really went the extra mile to complete my order and find a solution to a problem that I didn't even know existed! He was able to find a better projector than the one that I had ordered when the supplier discontinued it and didn't inform OfficeWonderland of the change. He honored the price and made sure that I was 100% satisfied with the outcome. He could have passed the buck, but he didn't. Way to go, Mike! I will be back shopping with OfficeWonderland because of Mike and his awesome service! Thanks!

Would have liked a little more info on the item - bulb included? - remote included? I'm assuming yes.
Since we were in a hurry to install the item as a replacement for a broken projector, I called to make sure that order had been received. Lucky I did bc item I ordered had been DCd, so I was able to order a replacement model. Office Wonderland shipped order that day. It was rec'd quickly & we were able to install & use item the middle of the next wk.
