It took months before I received my order! Customer service female took forever responding to my emails for an update on my order. No one ever answers when you call the number. Your Customer Service will send customers in the opposite direction.

I ordered an office chair from this company 2 1/2 months ago. It was shown as in stock when I ordered. After not receiving it or any shipping notice, I contacted them. I was told it wasn't in stock, but would be in 2 weeks and would ship ASAP. After waiting almost 4 weeks, I contacted them. I was told once again it would be another 2 weeks. After another 4 weeks, I've contacted them again without any response. HORRIBLE company. I wouldn't want someone like this representing my brand. If they sold my product (X-chair), I'd remove their dealership.
