I spent months sending messages to this company, but they never responded. I had a significant sum invested with them, and when I tried to withdraw, they didn't respond at all. It's frustrating how they went silent after encouraging me to invest more

LESS THAN 2 MTHS I AM FACING BLOCKING ON WITHDRAWAL FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT ON OCTAFX. EVEN AFTER EXPLAINED, THEY WILL ASKED THE SAME Qs AND CREATE NEW DIFFICULT JUST TO STOP YOU ON WITHDRAWAL.

FIRSTLY THEY WILL DENIED IN RECEIVING THE REQUESTED STATEMENT AND AFTER THAT THEY SAID THEY CANT FIND THE TRANSACTIONS ON THE STATEMENTS EVEN WAS OBVIOUSLY THERE, THEN THEY WILL SAID THEY CANT SEE IT.
AFTER WITH ALL THE EVIDENCES PROVIDED, THEY WILL COME OUT WITH DIFFERENT DATE OF STATEMENT REQUEST AND IS OBVIOUS THAT WAS EXPLAINED IN MULTIPLE TIMES STATEMENT DATE CUT OFF.

Worst service
March 18, 2024

I have changed the country and already sent the documents which been uploaded by support.
I tried several time to withdraw based on the offer option in Dashboard but they keep rejecting the transaction and asking me to use Netller which i don't even have in my dashboard.

I tried to withdraw through crypto Tether keep rejecting.
I addressed the issue through live chat,email and even call but no thing happened.

Frustrated and disappointed with the service offer,other brokers taking few hours to resolve the issue and octa taking weeks and not even resolving.Keeps saying use the Nettler they don't even deeply check before they advice.

OctaFx disappointed me

OctaFX disappointed with its unreliable platform and poor customer service. Trades often faced execution delays, causing frustration and financial losses. Customer support was unresponsive and lacked resolution skills. Overall, a frustrating experience that lacks the reliability and support crucial for successful trading.

Octafx has a very bad support service, they dont give concrete answers always provide generic statement and drag the issue.My experience with this forex broker has been nothing short of a nightmare. From their deceptive marketing tactics to their questionable trading practices, OctaFX is a company I would strongly advise any trader to steer clear of.

I found a real time bug in their application and reached out multiple times to support but they didnt take any action.

Im an active copy and regular trader, On Feb 5th 2024 my master triggerred a copy trade with 0.01lot for CADJPY but their system has a technical issue & bug which treated as 1lot which led to huge loss. I copied the master trader with 5 proportion my trades went -1700$ loss. Imagine the scam, I have reported the issue but they didnt fix it which means they want to steal innocent traders money. I will attach the screenshot of it.

Ticket number# ******* for reference in case they need more clarity.

First and foremost, their platform is riddled with glitches and technical issues. Trades often get executed at incorrect prices, leading to significant losses. Their customer support is virtually nonexistent, with slow response times and unhelpful representatives who seem to lack basic knowledge about their own platform.

But perhaps the most alarming aspect of OctaFX is their lack of transparency and regulation. Despite claiming to be a reputable broker, they operate without proper oversight from any regulatory authority. This leaves traders vulnerable to all sorts of fraudulent activities, with little to no recourse in case of disputes.

In conclusion, OctaFX is a disaster waiting to happen for anyone foolish enough to trust them with their finances. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable broker with a proven track record of integrity and reliability. Your money deserves better than OctaFX.

Last week I checked my history of trades. I found -50dollars for a deal didnt close it or open it. The deal was buy at 2017 and we all know that on 28.11.2023 gold didnt touch 1966. So in my history says that Buy at 2017closed at 1966.how it happend if gold didnt reach that price... Customer service is bad i contacted them they said they will contact me but no answer for one week. I CONTACTED THEM THREE TIMES.here is a screenshot

Money Not Refunded

Failure to Refund Money

The day I installed the app, I saw it was definitely not suitable for trading the way I need to. It was not in keeping with the marketing hype. Even though I reviewed the less than helpful Help documents and everything their bot told me, I could see trading would be a massive challenge, if not impossible.

Twice, I requested that my account be closed and my money given back and all I got was links to the same help files. Then when I threatened to report them to the relevant financial authorities, I was told I needed to request a withdrawal.

I did so on 29 October. Nothing has happened. I have not received my money. I just chatted to one of their agents and they said I had not made any such request. What! So I entered my banking details on their website as per my request just so that I could be told today I never requested a withdrawal! I want my money reimbursed. I have had problems with your company since the first day, and it seems they are just ongoing. Give me back my money if you are a legitimate company.

Also, stop sending me countless e-mails asking me to refer friends to your company. I would never do that to someone.

Not a good company

Gets you to invest, then when you try to withdraw they tell you that you need a license, then a withdrawal fee then a late fee, ect

Cheated by octafx

On 04th July, I made a payment of ******* through UPI to the UPI ID *******@cmsidfc as instructed on the Company App portal. However, there seems to be a misallocation of the payment. The company's support team claims that I paid to a different UPI ID, namely *******@cmsidfc, which is not accurate. It is disheartening that even after sharing this evidence multiple times, I have not received any concrete resolution or update on the matter.Pleae help me to get my payments from octafx as I am not getting any support from them

OctaFX is undoubtedly the best broker for forex. I have made good money through it. But for the last few months, I have been facing issues with withdrawal. Tried calling customer support many times but didn't get any satisfactory answer. Distressed with the services, I searched for another Forex broker and found InvestFW. The broker was regulated, I quickly created an account and started trading. After using the platform for over 1 month, here's my review - The platform is perfect, leverage is good, spreads are lowest and most importantly, the withdrawals are quick. It took only a few hours for withdrawals to credit to my bank account.

Worst Service

I made a deposit via local transfer and it got rejected after 4 hours, their customer service informed me that it was due to payment processing error and asked me to make another request, which I did. Now the whole day has passed and their customer support keeps giving generic answers that finance department is checking. I regret switching from XM to Octa thinking it will be better with local deposits.

Convenient

I was attracted by browser mt4 version that they have and that's why i joined. I used to use ctrader but its not quite my cup of tea and i prefer the good old metatrder but with the ability to trade wherever i can. In this sense, i like that they have both computer and mobile options. Sometimes i trade in the app which is convenient.

I've already traded with them quite a lot and I can say that they are reliable enough. Their spreads do not jump back and forth, the maximum what I get on EUR/USD during normal trading conditions is 0,9 points, mostly it is between 0,6 and 0,8 points, that is quite tight enough, cause other ECN brokers offer 0,6-0,8 spread and commission on volume traded, but in fact OctaFX does not apply any additional fees. Their regulation seems to be more reliable now, cause its FCA, I guess it will attract more clients, because traders normally swear by such regulation options). So, my decision now is to continue trading with them, hopefully won't find some difficulties.

For a novice like me, it's a good choice. I kept asking the customer service how to use their software and they were patiently answering every question. I can't even imagine how stupid I looked in a ton of messages, but they work well with the clients, so I'm happy about this experience. The withdrawal time is not too good, sometimes it takes quite a lot of time to actually get what you've got. But - eh - I can tolerate that because I'm not sure I'll find another broker that will give me a guarantee of the faster money. So for the moment, I hate the time issue, but overall I'm pleased.
