Like the rest of the people who wrote a review. Save your money. I have been waiting for 20 days. Nothing. I get short responses from some one some where. The tracking number is BS. I seriously doubt that I will see my purchase delivered to my house. So much for peace and serenity through aromatherapy. It would have been easier to stick a pencil in my eye and get opioids from the doctor. Grant. Texas... If I could rate this less than a one. I would.

I purchased four and none of them function! I submitted video of each. Their Support has been beyond maddening to deal with, not to mention insulting. DO NOT purchase from this Company- they do not stand behind their product. I have not received refund (2 months) and growing impatient.

I ordered a Aroma Diffuser and Humidifier which did not work. Customer service asked me to send a video proving that it doesn't work. I have sent them the video 7 times. The first few they kept saying the video was too big (I sent to friends who could view it) They asked me to upload to the cloud (I did) then to dropbox, which I sent them 3 different ways. Then they asked me to send the dropbox link to a new email address... total fraud! I am calling my bank to request they reverse the charges.
**customer service got back to me on March 8th and said they were refunding my money, $29. Today is April 8th and still no refund! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Still waiting for the diffuser and oils I ordered on 3/17/18. Today is 5/7/18 You charged me 37.00 and that was it, no diffuser, no oils.
Works as advertised. Nice product. Waited quite awhile for order, but was pleased with product. Very colorful diffusser. Easy to plug in. I add my own oils to diffusser and living room smells good. Adds moisture to room and furnace heat is not as dry. Pleased with product. Pleased with product. Pleased with product.
