This company has no respect for the adjacent property owners when hired to service someone's lawns. They service 2 houses in my neighborhood. I have had to get the sheriff's office involved after 2 years of them coming across my lawn and scalping it on several occasions. The other adjacent homeowner has had to drive stakes in his lawn on the property lines to keep them off his lawn. They have thrown mulch and other debris on my driveway, parked vehicles and my house. There is approximately 30 feet between the 2 houses. There have been several talks with the homeowners themselves to try to resolve, and once that was proven futile a call directly to Oasis. The owner of Oasis' response to being called was to block our numbers. If you're in the south Charlotte or Fort Mill area and are considering using Oasis please understand that your neighbor will be angry with you in a very short time. Hire a company that can be respectful and stay off other people's property.
