I ordered a blouse after this company sent me 2 codes for 10% off. Then they sent another code for 15%. Unfortunately, I had already used the 10% code. I used their sizer info. It came to 22% for an xl., 8% for a large. When I received the blouse ( size large), it was huge. I sent an email asking that they put aside a medium for me to exchange because I was disabled and didn't drive. I knew I wouldn't get into a store floor another 3 weeks and I told them this. They never responded. Then, I decided to ask for a return. I did get a response the and was told that I couldn't return it because it was on sale. I wrote back and told them it wasn't on sale. They said anything with a code can't be returned. A MISLEADING POLICY? These codes are freely given so if you want a return, DONT use a code. I wonder if this company is in trouble financially having such a policy.
