Barbara E. Was very helpful, professional, responsive, positive & knowledgeable to answer any questions. To our surprise, we were successful in the purchase of 2 tickets to attend the Championship being held at the Masters in Augusta, Ga. Her positive, optimistic personality is refreshing considering these challenging times we all experience. She is a true asset to your Company. Thank you for hiring her so we could experience this memorable moment.
Apparently, the New York Times was charging me for two all access subscriptions; one through a PayPal account and one through a different credit card. When I realized this and asked them for a refund….they said, even though they saw they had been over billing me, that the most they could refund was two months. While I enjoy some their articles, I was LIVID that they didn't provide a larger refund. Seriously, if you don't care about your customers, how good a provider are you?

I'm done about fake news and press distortion due to one or another politic color. I'm proud of reading nytimes, true news
I think it's my favourite magazine. Always interesting and truthful articles and comments. Best regards
I'd hate to think how much worse off this country would be without the New York Times. With so many Internet sites claiming to be news sources here's a site with real journalists. I'm more than willing to pay for it's quality content.
Made by professionals who really care about journalism. Probably one of the best sources of information today.
I've read the New York Times for years. Its hands down my favorite newspaper. In an era where our so called President is trying to sow doubt into the importance of freedom of the press for political purposes, we should all be thankful that this paper is rooted in its mission to ensure a well informed electorate, democracy, a public conscience. And most of all, taking notice and commenting on all the things that in themselves are often trivialized or lost as unseen imagery, but are important components of the big picture. As soon as we lose sight of the pain, anguish and difficulties that affect some of us a lot more than others, we lose a sense of empathy that The Times helps restore so that we don't become clones of anything Trump ~ hollowed out.
The Sunday Review is perhaps my favorite section as it is replete with great editorial thought by phenomenal staff and contributing writers. Whether it be Frank Bruni, Maureen Dowd, Susan Collins, Paul Krugman and the list goes on, the sensory experience is myriad: complete delight, sadness, amusement, cynicism, anger and all kinds of feelings gift wrapped in a vastly improved perspective.
Most articles read in any section of The Times are balanced. Some readers might view them as liberal leaning, but from my view, I look at them as possessing a heart. This truly amazing messenger often takes long journeys involving personal commitment and resources to expose things that need to be exposed. Through that journey, positive change evolves as The Times paved the way for a quicker route to progress.
I encourage everyone to not only read what The Times has to say, but think along the lines of Hey Jude: let it into your heart, then you can start to make it better. Reflect on the needs of the needy.
Great place to get your news. Besides the content, I like that they are pushing more into doing things with digital media. Things are changing quickly and it's good to see the organization is at least making an effort to adapt.
I get a daily news feed from the New York Times and there is nearly always something of interest. The writing is very good, they carry solid in-depth reports and they have excellent coverage of world news current events, business, politics and general interest. In addition, I particularly like the arts, books, science and technology sections. Of course, as a Brit, I have no idea of what they are talking about in the sports section - you guys in the USA should learn that 'football' is played with a round ball and that a 'World Series' needs entrants from at least 100 countries (!)
Now, you can read the new york times for free on your computer. I love that I can search for articles on a specific subject of interest. You can even find older articles covering specific topics.
This is one of the first things I do every morning. Making my coffee, turning on my pc and read what´s new on Nytimes.com.
I like to be briefed with independent information so this page is exactly what I need to start a day.
Thanks and keep up the great job!
NYTimes is my favorite news source; I check it every day - I love the New York Times. They often break news, they coverage is generally comprehensive, well-informed and well-written. Mostly, I read their world news, US news, political coverage and business and technology sections. They also have good book reviews.
I love the New York Times, when I can get a moment to read it. They recently added an article skimmer interface that makes it easy for me to scan the articles in each section so I can know a little bit about everything that's happening.
