I called Northwest Arbor-Culture last Monday morning. Jon called me back by 1200 and was at my property by 1230. Jon inspected the tree and initially stated the tree poised no hazard. I did point out a problem with the tree that another company had observed. He then walked to the back of a very large tree and and said "Oh yes that is a red flag" and would be able to include the word hazard in the report he would write for me. The estimate to remove the limb was 5 times the other 2 bids I obtained. He sent me a bill for his consultation at $20.00 more than the agreed on price. Jon stated he told me the price and how I could reduce the price by writing 2 reviews when we were on the phone. I do not remember that part of the conversation.
