Had to resort to Consumer Protection, Dental Board, Attorney General, etc.

Was dismissed without cause by Nuvia Dental of Marietta, GA. Was medically cleared and surgery scheduled. Drove 4-hrs, 5 days off work, etc. They told me that zirconia (what was advertised, researched and promised) was not an option. They cited a lower prosthetic and the "bite" or occlusion as the reason. They also stated that even if I could, they didn't have time to make the implant as zirconia, as it required 5-days turnaround. Was written 3 prescriptions. They were filled. I was told gcam would be used instead of zirconia. I still agreed and I arrived in time for my procedure 12/17.They told me my appt was 6:30am, not 8:30. I showed them the email proving 8:30 was my time. They rescheduled me for 12/18 at 6:30am.Around 3:30pm on 12/17, a different dentist called me and said I would not be seen.He had not consulted with the surgeon that cleared and scheduled me. He gave no medical reason. He said "we're not a good fit." He cited "back and forth about the material." I told him this answer was unacceptable and requested, in writing, the reason. Also requested the surgeon contact me. Neither happened. I had a 16k plus loan for the procedure (which impacts my credit). Requested loan cancellation 12/19. Is finally supposed to be voided around 1/10.Was promised by Nuvia travel rep, Kaya Phillipe a $500 gift card for scheduling, travel and other mishaps. After I was dismissed without cause, she reneged on the gift card. My current dentist disagrees with the suggestion that I could not have zirconia. I'm scheduled for my procedure.
To date (and before my Holiday) I'm out $515 for a loan payment, 5 days of work, travel, lodging, a promised gift card, and a 1k deposit. Repeatedly requested manager or supervisor to escalate and expedite.Ignored.Contacted Facebook page. Chatted with rep on FB messenger. Now blocked.Contacted another # for Nuvia and that mgr stated that I was outside her area, but that she would help get me in touch with the correct folks to help me.That has not happened.
Throughout, I have not shouted, cursed or been disrespectful.
I was told by the travel rep that I could not reschedule at any Nuvia center (this is discriminatory and without cause).
Pulling teeth would be preferable to the horrible treatment, abuse, etc I've received
I've spent hours of my own time seeking a non legal solution

Tip for consumers:

Filing and reviewing everywhere I can. They've ignored 10+ requests for supervisor, manager, to help resolve. They blocked me on FB. They stopped returning calls.

Products used:

None. Drove 4 hours, took off work, paid for food, gas and lodging. Lost wages. And dismissed with less than 24 hours notice for non-medical reason.
