Great customer service. I was a total problem after a delivery to a wrong address that was not their fault and they took care of it without thinking twice and quickly. Good responses.
Be careful when ordering products. Items are mislabeled. "Gummi Sour Cherry hearts" were actually jellies, a big difference. "Sour neon candy worms" were sweet. Peanuts were stale. Their satisfaction guarantee is only to give a 50% store credit. That does not help when you have no plans to order from this company again. The only thing I liked were the half-popped popcorn. Though many pieces were still whole and unpopped.
My chocolate bean and malt chocolate delivery are three days late (ordered on Friday, and was supposed to arrive on Sunday but I received it on Wednesday instead. I ordered a cooling package too, but of course, it is of no use for such a long time. These chocolate are all melted into a bulk chunk now. I know it is probably not their fault, but be aware if you are order something similar.
Don't count on any items being delivered on time which can be a huge issue if you order anything that can melt. Promised 24 hrs and it took more than a week. Poor updates and communication.
Fruit slices were packaged wet and are a slimy blob. Normally good products, but don't buy these! See photo of the slimy blob.
I brought 2 bags of Sweet & Salty Bitty bars, and when they were opened, they tasted old. Best by date on package was March 2023. They should rotate stock better.
I couldn't find a way to leave a review on the website so I'm going to do this instead. The nuts haven't arrived yet so I don't know what condition they're in but I want to complain about receiving their promotional and junk email. I'm getting something everyday even though I intentionally opted out of receiving emails from them. Why do they bother to put the box to uncheck if they're going to send the junk email anyway?
Shipping took more than a week longer than estimated and crackers were kind of bland with plain peas not wasabi. Probably my fault for not reading the ingredients carefully. I wanted spicy sweet and this wasn't all that! Also there were more sesame crisps than rice crackers.
I placed two separate orders from this company-BOTH ORDERS containing chocolate products-because the company claims that they do overnight delivery. Three days passed, NO DELIVERY. Today I received a notice that the products will take at least FOUR DAYS TO DELIVER, even though the company is only ONE STATE AWAY and I ordered BEFORE THE WEEKEND. Damn, it's a good thing that the company CHARGED ME EXTRA to send the food in heat-resistant packaging. I'm betting that when it finally arrives, that everything that is chocolate will be a melted mess... then the company won't refund my money (and their products are EXPENSIVE)!:-(
Tip for consumers:
It would have been helpful to know that this company does not do overnight shipping, as they claim they do. Had I known that, I would not have purchased this product during the Summer heat!

I actually like the products from this company. They're fresh unlike a lot of other companies. The one thing I hate is the Shipping prices and they definitely dont have enough discounted items. Another bad practice... They offered free shipping on a total amount... you meet that amount BUT if youre shipping to two different locations... the deals Off the table. Thats crappy because my total had already met the minimum for the deal regardless. Other words False Advertising on their part.
I ordered a couple mixed packs as gifts. My family said the were good. So, I ordered the snack packs for work and some of them tasted old. I also ordered dried cranberries, they taste old. I noticed no expiration date on packaging. I find that odd and will no longer order from Nuts.com … also the coffee is not so great.

They have interesting products but the chocolate isn't that great. Super fast shipping. Items are pricey and (for me) they didn't stand behind their product when it arrived broken and crumbled. Probably won't order again.

My father-in-law loves the mini dark chocolate Graham crackers sold on Nuts.com and eats them every night. I bought them from here as a Christmas gift. However, I bought the chocolate fudge with nuts and it wasn't good. I wouldn't buy it again.

It smells like irish cream but taste like plain coffee with a menthol after taste. I would not recommend this.
Nuts.com has some fine products, eg I like several items including their bridge mixture, fudges and even teas. My main complaint is about some of their nuts not being fresh. Considering that this is their specialty this is a bit of a shock. I recently threw out a bag of sunflower seeds which which had gone bad after about 4 months and had been tasting off well before this. Peanuts in their peanut brittle similarly tasted off and various peanut mixes have not been great. There are no " best use by" dates on anything I have had from them, evidently this is only required for infant food. They seem to be cutting corners about sending fresh food.
Glad we tested this out before sending as gifts. The sugar roasted peanuts were wet, yes wet. And chewy. Yuck. The Bourbon pecans and Bourbon Street mix was stale, not crunchy at all. There was another snack mix, not labeled on box, that was stale and chewy. I did contact the company and was given a credit. We reordered coffee with it. Will not send this product as gifts. How embarrassing it would be if recipient had same experience we did.

I bought 25 pounds of peanuts for my restaurant use. The peanuts are probably old so it has very tiny rancid smell. It's like when you are blind folded to be offered peanuts, after you chew it, you can't tell if it's peanuts because it doesn't have the unique aroma peanuts have.
Paradoxically, this is not a good source for nuts. I tried just nuts and some chocolate covered nuts. The nuts are stale and definitely not tasty. However, their candy has some very good choices, especially dark chocolate covered candies. Dark chocolate malt balls are fantastic.
We placed a big order. Got bad nuts. They would only give store credit. Not really the greatest CS. But I guess in this day and age and with all the covid excuses what should I expect? Bad deal if you asked me!
