Be careful when ordering products. Items are mislabeled. "Gummi Sour Cherry hearts" were actually jellies, a big difference. "Sour neon candy worms" were sweet. Peanuts were stale. Their satisfaction guarantee is only to give a 50% store credit. That does not help when you have no plans to order from this company again. The only thing I liked were the half-popped popcorn. Though many pieces were still whole and unpopped.

Be careful when ordering products. Items are mislabeled. "Gummi Sour Cherry hearts" were actually jellies, a big difference. "Sour neon candy worms" were sweet. Peanuts were stale. Their satisfaction guarantee is only to give a 50% store credit. That does not help when you have no plans to order from this company again. The only thing I liked were the half-popped popcorn. It would have been nice to know what their definition of "satisfaction guaranteed" really meant before ordering.

Orfered nuts(go figure) and got sent some popcorn that was not edible. Two pieces and had to throw it away. Glad I didn't pay for it but still feel ripped off.

Their products are good, but never count on them to deliver on time. If you like your friends, get them something else. You can get nuts anywhere.

Apparently no one at Delta taste tested this product before selecting it as an inflight snack for their customers. Arguably the worst peanuts I've ever eaten.

I ordered toffee covered mixed nuts and chocolate covered peanuts. Toffee nuts were soft, some of them actually gummy. Choc peanuts were sort of tasteless. The peanuts were so SMALL they could barely be tasted. And most of the peanuts were soft instead of crunchy. I would have done better buying from a candy shop in the mall, or local grocery store! I think nuts.com has no shame.

I have always been satisfied with the quality of my purchases until recently. I wrote a very nice email to customer service about a month ago and most recently again this week. Unfortunately ther has been NO response from customer service. I am disappointed to say the least and will not give them my future business.

I purchased a wide variety of items over the years. Recently something has changed. Chocolate came melted twice and NO RESPONSE from customer service

GOT MY FIRST ORDER OF MULTIPLE ITEMS TODAY. BOX WAS DRIPPING WET FROM MELTED ICE. LABELS WERE PEELING OF BAGS. TEMP HERE TODAY WAS 67 DEGREES, NOT VERY HOT. CHAT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NON PRODUCTIVE. SAID THEY WERE WORKING ON DIFFERENT PACKING FOR NEXT YEAR. I SAID I DON'T THINK I'LL ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN BECAUSE THE BOX WAS DRIPPING WET AND THEIR RESPONSE WAS THAT I COULD ORDER NUTS BUT SHOULDN'T ORDER CANDY (MALTED MILK BALLS). PRETTY ARROGANT.

I was really looking forward to my order. I was nervous because it was chocolate and it's hot out but was reassured because they ship fast and use insulated bags and ice packs. Unfortunately my order was delayed and the insulated bag they shipped in wasn't sealed completely. This meant my five 1lb bags of various chocolate covered goodness where 5 1lb bags of melted mess. When I let them know about the state of my order I was happy to take a credit for the order but unhappy to find out that they don't fund tax so it isn't enough to rebuy my order. After I use my credit,sometime in the fall to prevent melting, I won't be ordering from them again.

Have been buying from this company for many years. Everything is tasty but there is a serious problems with the Cashews. Recently bought Jumbo salted cashews and as I opened the bag there was a a bad smell. They looked old and withered (begging for mercy). Tasted them and they were stale, soft and expired. Some have little holes, a sure sign that something is eating them. Nuts.com should be aware that the cashews have expired but insist on selling them. If other people have the same problems, please do a review and let the company know that they need to stop selling expired products. After all, these nuts are NOT cheap.

Bags of Jumbo Peanuts were disgusting, they were thrown out
Palm Sugar (the bags were horribly smelling - thrown out),
I had started ordering from 2016 and every product was tasty. 2018 their nuts (cashew) made me sick. I emailed them and got a store credit. Stopped ordering from them until July 2023. Unfortunately, their JUMBO SALTED Cashews are still the same, STALE, HOLES being bored by insects, not palatable.

Nice packages gummy's are good ty,! Beanuts and sunflower seeds not fresh they really old I guess we stuck with it we did order too much thought didn't expect the quality this bad! Very disappointed

I have been ordering from this site for a few years at first, they were fantastic. VERY fresh nuts, super high quality. Yes, you paid a premium price for that, but you received a superior product. I don't know what changed, but for the last two years, the nuts have been terrible. Not even remotely fresh, and in the case of cashews, completely without flavor. I can buy a can or jar of planters peanuts from any local grocery store and get a fresher smelling/tasting product, and there is no ridiculous shipping charge. Imho, the biggest problem with nuts.com is that they store the nuts in non vacuum sealed plastic bags, flee we which, from the lack of fresh smell and taste, seems to be the culprit of the lack of freshness. I have decided that I will no longer ever buy nuts from any source that are not vacuum packed. Such a simple solution, yet not followed in practice out of pure greed. If you are trying to sell a perceived "premium" product, yet you do nothing to ensure the product is truly premium, you deserve, no, you NEED to fail spectacularly.

Tip for consumers:
Buy your nuts only in vacuum sealed packages.

The nuts and other snacks. The nuts were of dubious quality, and were NOT FREDH by any measure. The snacks, in this case malted milk balls were of superior quality and I would not hesitate to order thst product again. I will NEVER order nuts from this site again.

The reason I gave 2 stars is the fast delivery and the products are not the worst. But the prices are exorbitant. Nuts.com website has only 5 star reviews, probably used friends or a special program

I have purchased product from nuts.com for over a year now and our relationship just ended. None of their products have expiration dates and several times the items have been stale. I finally contacted customer service and they response was stale as well. I will move on. Sorry it took me so long.

I have purchased many times in the past the 18 lbs snowwhite pumpkin seeds, always received them in 3 5LB, a 2LB and 1LB vaccume sealed package.
Last one i ordered a month ago ariveds in a plastic bag (all 18 LB in one bag), that is not sealed, the seeds are chewy and not crisp as it was in the past, the seeds themselves also taste old, quality is not the same anymore.

Just received "Winter Wonderland" box of nuts and when I opened the 3" tall box was surprised to see the 2" of the box was filled with wood shavings. Small bags of nuts and chocolate on the top. Very deceptive advertising! Actually got about $3 worth of nuts and chocolate for $50.00.

Order # 699 66 66. Arrived next day. Nothing impressive -- I did pay $5.99 for overnight delivery. I had no choice to go with lesser shipping expenses. I did not need the package to arrive so quickly!
They post 'testimonials' themselves. You have no option in their menu to post ANYTHING. Not even after receiving their goods. Overpriced stuff. Organic dried strawberries: 1lb for $18.99. FROM CHINA! LOADED WITH SUGAR and canola oil. 30 GRAMS OF SUGAR PER 40 GRAMS OF PRODUCT. It felt like I bought 340 grams/11 onces of sugar with a few strawberries in it.
Invoice inside the box did not have the prices. Only the list of what was ordered.
They DO NOT DO returns. They promised a store credit. Which does not show anywhere.

Please read description carefully! Some products might be from China and not safe and/or loaded with sugar.

When I visited the website, I was taunted by the fact that if I ordered something like the chestnuts I did, that it would arrive by Black Friday 11/26 so I placed my order on Tuesday 11/23. Next day I get an email saying my order was delayed until Saturday. Wasn't too much of an issue because I ordered these so that I could enjoy with my family during this holiday period. Saturday came and went, Monday came and went only to receive my shipment on Tuesday 11/30 (trk - **************). I did call them Monday evening, but all they could tell me is that it's arriving Tuesday. Nothing about the fact that the website promised me that it would get there last Friday. Had I received proper information before ordering, I would NOT have placed this order. My chestnuts are here, but I am very disappointed in the way Nuts.com taunts you to order something and NOT care about when the shipment arrives. FedEx to me is the worst shipping company around. I rarely get things on time with them. I didn't pick them, Nuts.com did so they are just as responsible even if shipping was free because I ordered above the trigger point. If you don't care about when you receive your supplies from them, then order away; otherwise, don't trust the dates they PROMISE you.

I ordered 1lb of black peppercorns. While the product price was good, the cheapest cost of shipping offered was FED-X 3-day for $6.99, which brought the total cost to $19. I am in no rush to use 1lb of black pepper. Makes the total price of the product, no so great.

Claim Free Shipping but scathe you on Sales tax... In the state of WA NO tax on food... Have received food from QVC, HSN, w/ NO sales tax on food items. Why do you think you can rip us off on that? Will Never order from you people again!
