DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY. Incredibly rude and forceful cold call after i simply looked at their website to look into their products. Just because i browse your site does not give you the right to be down right rude and abrupt over a call when i don't want to buy your product. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This is THE worst company ever! They bury their terms and conditions in their ad so you aren't aware of the auto bill agreement. Really? $95 for a single of bottle of pills that doesn't even work anyway! I don't know how people get away with doing this but I am spreading the word to everyone I know and on every social media site I can so hopefully these scammers will be put out of business! They better watch out for karma - it's a $#*!!

I ordered a "free" sample in August for the NutraSlim Green Coffee detox and their Green Coffee Detox. The 2 bottles came in one 6.4 oz package and I was charged $6.89 and $6.91, allegedly for shipping. In September there were two charges on my credit card $44.84 and $44.87. In October I again had two charges $44.83 and $44.87; this time I received 2 small packages. These were unauthorized charges and I called the company to resolve the problem. I said in September I was charged for a product I had not received and I want my account credited for all 4 charges. I also said I'm going to return the two packages. The customer service agent said I didn't receive anything in Septeber because they had a problem with shipping that month, also if I return the 2 boxes I'm responsible for the postage AND I will be credited for the product minus $34 dollars for reshelving. I said I'm not paying to return a product that I didn't order. He again told me my credit card would be reimbursed minus the $34 for reshelving. I told him that I'll then resolve it with my credit card company and I did.

Never buy nothing with this company. They charge you for the FREE sample if you don't return within the next 14 days. I received a reward from amazon, i pay for the shiping and never agree to pay the full amount for Max Trim FX. Now they said that in tje 1st part of the shipment was explain the terms and conditions. I advice everybody to not buy any product to this company.

Why do you continue to scam customers? We don't want the product and was charged for a monthly fee. When I spoke to the company they suggested I set up a dispute with my bank. I have. Now I am going to the Attorney General's office in Tallahassee. I think they have laws against this sort of thing.

Literally I found out nothing these folks speak is true. Free trial offer means absolute fraud. And just pay shipping is even worst. I was trying one item supposedly free, they sent two charged. Y card for both. Thenhad then had the nerve to sayperhaps you can find a other fool to sell it to. I will bad mouth them till they're doors close.

This is a scam! You will be charged full price for the product which is 95.00 for one and 89.00 for the other! I did not order both and was charged for both. When I called they just keep repeating that I should have read the fine print! They would not give me a refund even said I could not send it back. Very much a scam!

This company did not send me my product and charged me for it. I asked for a refund and they hung up on me. On further checking, I found out that they use a PO Box on Rainbow AV, Las Vegas. Which, had I know that beforehand, I would never have done business with them.

Somehow I got on some list and started receiving daily calls from this unknown number in Missouri. When I would answer there would be a silence and then a disconnect. Finally after receiving these calls daily for two weeks, I decided to return the call. I was connected to Nutraslim (which I had never heard of). When I explained that I would like to be removed from their calling list, the customer service rep (man) very rudely told me that if I didn't want to place an order he couldn't help me and hung up on me. Just be ware of these creeps!

I got completely scammed. My credit card keeps on getting debited and the Nutralsim support e-mail address only claims that they will refund. Only to find the following month I am charged again. DO NOT GET CAUGHT like me.

I responded to an online website claiming to be NutraSlim UK, which offered to provide a "free" two-week trial of a "healthy" weight-loss drug. I was to pay only for shipping, which was something like £5.00. If I liked the product, I would automatically receive a month's supply and be charged £59.99, which would continue every month until cancelled. If I didn't like the product after two weeks, I could simply cancel via the online website and by sending back the bottle.

When I did not receive any product after two weeks, I tried contacting the company, first by the UK telephone number provided. No one answered, and there was no way to leave a message. I tried numerous times, different times of day and night, and there was NEVER any answer. I then tried the US number, and again, no one EVER answered the phone. I then tried emailing them, via their website "24 hour, 7 days per week" support address. I explained I never received the product, and asked for help. I wrote four emails, over the course of two weeks, and received no response whatsoever. Now I was seriously worried. I contacted my bank, explained the situation and asked for their advice. My bank suggested that I cancel the card that provided my bank details (this was requested in order to receive the free two-week trial, and I, naively and stupidly, provided it to NutraSlim UK). My bank believed that I had been scammed. They also suggested I email *******@nutraslim.com and demand in no uncertain terms a cancellation, which I did. And of course, I received no response from Nutraslim.

After cancelling my credit card back in April and doing everything suggested by my bank, I believed the matter was over. But it wasn't. In June my bank account was debited £59.99 by "NutraSlim.com"! So I was billed for a product I never received, despite numerous attempts to contact them by email and by phone, and desite my cancellation email. I contacted my bank, shocked that a closed account could be debited, and because my bank has full details of everything that transpired earlier, they are happy to refund me; but they have explained that this may still not be over, that the nefarious "NutraSlim UK" may still come after me, and that I must keep a close eye on my bank account.

It is infuriating to know that someone out there is making money from the banks who issue refunds to people like myself who have trusted a fraudulent website. It does amaze me that banks do not pursue these creeps for their own financial loss when they issue refunds. I can only hope that they eventually do. In the meantime, PLEASE don't be conned by these low-lifes, people. This cannot be a genuine website, and if some sort of drug is indeed being dispensed by them, God only knows what's inside it.
