So far so good:)The website was very user friendly and clear with the charges and cancellation policies. The plus is that it was much cheaper than booking straight through the hotel's website or any other booking platform. As for the Customer Care, they are doing their job tirelessly, but it's impossible to get someone on hold. Probably, it's for better right now as people are in panic but I would prefer to speak to a real representative once the chaos is passed.
We are unable to travel to Nepal due to tourist visa restrictions due to to coronavirus and your customer support gave a hand.
