I had no idea why I was being charged an extra $25 over my groupon. I sent an email, but didn't receive a reply the next day. I went back through the order trying to figure out where the additional charge was coming from. I switched the card to a basic shape and the the $25 extra went away, even though there was no mention of it being a deluxe or additional price feature when I had selected it to begin with. Not happy about the underhanded upsale. Hopefully the delivery will be prompt.

I just received the most beautiful Fracture photos on glass. They are so sharp in detail and absolutely gorgeous! What an unique gift this will make for my son. If you've ever wondered what to order for someone, this is it! Also, it only took five days from the time I put in the order for them to arrive. They were perfectly packaged and I couldn't be happier with their expert work and care in communicating with me on the progress of my order and how to track shipping.

I've utilized NextDayFlyers for some years and have been pleased with the quality and timeliness of thier product. Recently, I submitted an incorrect graphic and actually approved it only to realize that it was wrong. On a call to NextDayFlyers, I was met with wonderfully warm, helpful assistance from one of their representatives who worked hard to find out the status of my job, halt production, and provide me the means of submitting a corrected graphic. This was not a small thing! And, even more, I was treated as a valued customer with someone who I felt cared not only about my money, but cared about ME! Thank you! I had received a Damaged Canvas the first time i ordered, upon writing an email i was assured of a proper delivery and a replacement, I must say i was really surprised by the quality of delivery the second time i received my replacement order. PICANOVA in my opinion are the best canvas company to go to to showcase my photography. Best for value and I cannot believe how quick they arrive from Germany - within 6 days! I highly recommend them.
