What happened to these reviews?

I was set back a great deal by a very bad therapist who is on this site and I wrote a review.
So did another patient who lost their job and considered suicide after seeing the same therapist. Both of our reviews are gone. Can therapists have reviews removed? If so, this site does not appear to be here to benefit the customer.
