I put my money into this company, expecting a 3% ROI every week. However, out of nowhere, they began to stop the ROI payment, claiming that it was due to an error that they had with the dispersal system. They said that they would fix the issue, but it's been over a month and nothing has changed. I cannot even cash out on my initial investment. They are not accepting cashout requests at this time. Furthermore, they have not updated their customers on the progress that they are making to fix the initial problem. It honestly just seems like their company is crashing so they made a lame excuse and plan that solely benefits them, not their customers. At the end of the day, I can't get my money back. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!

They don't process withdrawals, I couldn't get back my money until I reported them to the above name

Novatechfx is the best company for dealing in foreign exchange and cryptocurrency. Simple to use, and it supports a number of different cryptocurrencies.

1000% fraud. The State of California sent these trashy people a "desist and refrain" order; essentially acknowledging them as a fraudulent outfit. (source: dfpi ca gov/wp-content/uploads/sites/337/2022/11/D-R-Nova-Tech-Ltd.pdf?emrc=63ea9cabf161e). They are not regulated by anyone.

I attempted to withdraw my $500 "investment," only to be told they would place a two week hold on it MINUS 15% (which would reverse any profits I made with this Black-owned fraudulent outfit). Now, they are saying they are holding deposits until April 1,2023. She claims to be a "Reverned" too LOL.

AVOID NOVATECHFX like the plague.

First enrolled 4/22. Starting 9/22 access to funds started failing. By 1/23 cashouts basically stopped.

Sharing my real-world experience for anyone considering giving money to this company. I regret doing so, and have to live with the consequences.

I opened an account and gave them some BTC in Sept 2022, which I was reinvesting each week and seeing the increases register in my account, but when the state of California issued its C&D against Novatech I submitted a withdrawal request for my account balance to protect myself in case the funds were cut off.

I made this withdrawal request in December, and not only have they STILL have not honored it (it is now April 2023), but they did remove my balance from the investment fund in December which meant I didn't have access to it AND it was no longer earning the gains from the portfolio. So all they did was cut my funds out of their portfolio and keep them locked up and refuse to honor my withdrawal request.

And now, 4 months later, they put out a notice saying I can only withdraw 5% of this balance per month, and they've added a 5% fee to each withdrawal which was not part of the original agreement. And to top it all off, my account is now worth LESS than it was when I started because the value of BTC increased by almost 70% during the time my funds were locked up inaccessible to me, so I would've been much better off financially by just holding BTC.

At this point I am counting this money as stolen by them. It was not part of the original agreement for them to lock up my funds for 4 months and then change the language of their payout program so that I can only withdraw 5% per month, and it was not part of the original agreement to add a 5% fee to each withdrawal. It's very clear that this company knows they will collapse if they allow users to withdraw funds, so they have changed their payment plan to make it impossible for us to do that. I'm an idiot for investing anything with this company. Please do not make the same mistake.
