What ever you do DO NOT buy anything from this company, They are a SCAM. They will take your money and leave you high and dry and must be laughing all the way to their bank. Forget about the quality of what you have ordered! I didn't even get my goods and all you will get from them is lip service. 6 weeks and nothing received only to be told we are still waiting on a reply from that department?

Hice un pedido y lo anule a las tres horas al ver que no llegaria a tiempo. Se negaron a anularlo por haberse tramitado. El articulo tardo 22 dias en llegar y encima era un articulo distinto al promocionado. Me dan el nombre de una empresa y una direccion para devolverlo y recuperar el importe pagado. La empresa facilitada no tiene nada que ver, y, logicamente, no aceptan la devolucion.

I ordered a wifi enhancer thinking it was a router. I realized my mistake about 12 hrs later and tried repeatedly to cancel the order. Sent texts and emails and called my credit card company where the charge was pending. Just to get told I needed to refuse the item once it was shipped and arrived. It had not been shipped and should have been an easy matter to cancel the order. These people are scam artists... Stay away from them and anything they offer

Ordered the NOVADS face mask back on March 21,2020; arrived today, August 11,2020. I tried mine, it seems to do what it's supposed to do. Ordered them before I read reviews, which made me think I could kiss that money goodbye but after sending a few emails and nearly 5 months, they did finally arrive.

I ordered the face masks that are supposed to help shield us from the Coronavirus on February 28,2020. Since then I've enquired 3 times when the masks will be delivered.
Each time Novads.co. Answers as follows:

"We would like to inform you that the order has been successfully processed from our side.
It will be followed by another email that will include your tracking number, the courier used and a link to allow you to track your order online at all times."
Now, almost 1 month later we still wait to receive the order that was paid in full.
Terrible, unprofessional service!

Got a stern letter from a customer service tech after 21 days of not being able to track, or find my ordered product. He asked me to be "patient". The facebook reviews said."Got mine in less than a week". Which is why i was concerned. Now out of the blue, with no explanation."refund to your account, please wait 10 days for your bank to show". I think the entire company is a front. Don't think they ever had the product in the first place. I wasn't given any other explanation.

I ordered one of their Drones on-line with my Credit Card. They took the money out within minutes but I have been waiting 5 weeks for a purchase that will never show up and I keep getting the run around. Do not ever order anything off of this company because you will never receive it

I ordered 3 masks as you can see on their ads and after 4 weeks I received completly different thing! And some my purchased items was not ( air filters). I am very sad and angry! I advise you; dont shop from this website!

They sell false products, with different names. They dont have a shop or phone to be reached. Probably a 1 person company just to steal people's money. Reported to Estonian government

Ads looked like exactly what I wanted. Ordered on 3/21. Unfortunately they didn't deliver. Said on several occasions watch was shipped, but nothing ever came. Did not get invoice as promised
Customer Service folks were prompt in their replies, but info was bogus. I doubt watch ever existed.
Asked for shipping info to trace: nada.

Will cancel order today, and ask for full refund.

This company ought to be ashamed of the product and service.

They offer chat customer service but I've waited over 10 minutes for a reply after engaging with rep. Ordered face masks in mid March and just got in june8. Additionally the product was very low quality for the price I paid. Feels like foam rubber and doesn't seal around the nose and has a poor fit over all. Kept getting what seems to be a standard reply when asked about status Be patient!.

I wish I could give a lower rating than 1 star.

Do not buy from them. They appear to be scam artists.

Ordered a drone, took my money 3 weeks l8r still not heard from them other than wait email, will be doing my best to ruin any ounce of recognition they may still have. £80 out of pocket. Thieving scum I am working every day for nhs during this pandemic and they sit thier uncontactable ripping me and other people off. Disgusting

After half a year using the XWatch sporadically the watch band has been broken. The online help was not capable to give a useful advice where to get a new one! Bad service! I do have now a „new" watch which cannot be used anymore! This situation is very disappointing and not satisfying!

This ORGANISATION is a con, effectively a thief - the DRONE package ordered, was replaced by five poor quality drones without a single Battery. All five unusable. The drones arrived in packages without an order invoice, or where they were from. No tracking or accountability. No refund. Stay away

Elképesztő, hogy még ma is hirdetheti magát, és ezzel lehetősége van újabb és újabb Vevők becsapására.
2019.10.14. -én vettem át, és 24 órán belül visszaküldtem a "Feladási címre" a DrónXPro videókamerát azzal, hogy az átvételnél kifizetett 30.550,- HUF készpénzt (a hirdetésben szereplő 29.706,-HUF helyett) postázzák számomra.
Ezt kb. 20-25 E-mail váltás követett, melyekben Fotókat közöltem a kibontott termékről, a "Tértivevényes" küldeményekről, amelyek "Címzett ismeretlen" megjegyzéssel érkeztek vissza, a Magyar Posta Csomag-Követő Szolgálatnak levelének másolatát is megküldtem, amelyben bizonyítják, hogy küldeményem visszaérkezett, és azt a feltüntetett címen át is vették.
Egyik 'levelükben' elismerték, hogy követelésem megalapozott, de mivel Kp. Visszafizetést nem tudnak eszközölni. Ezért felajánlották, hogy "kártérítésül" egy új Drónt küldenek számomra, ha ismételten megadom a címet. Megadtam!. Ezt követő 'levelükben' arról tájékoztattak, hogy a "Futárszolgálattól" fogok értesítést kapni a 'Kártérítési' csomag megérkezéséről. (2020.03.15. 10:55)
Ezek után - mivel semmi nem mozdult - 2020.05.14.-n újabb sürgető 'levelet' írtam. A csomag azóta sem érkezett meg.
Panaszommal felkerestem a Minisztérium Panaszirodáját is, de az Ő közreműködésük se' vezetett eredményre.

Purchased one of the drones over two months ago. All I got was emails with fake tracking numbers. Turned over to a lawyer specializing in inernation thieves. Pay my $100.00 back you crooks!

The watch they send is a cheap imitation of the one they show pictures of. Their watch has no writing on it at all, the watch is smaller and the charging points are in a different position than their pictures. The documentation on the box says it's a health bracelet and the documentation on the directions calls it a health band. The worst thing is it will cost over $100 to send it back. I purchased mine through PayPal so we will see about getting my money back.

Bought a Smartwatch' My dog is smarter. Fails to connect, can't push notifications on a IPhone and much more. Total scam. Avoid at all costs

With the help of Pay Pal I immediately got my money back from Novads. Won't be dealing with anymore overseas sites. Message to self - read reviews first!

I ordered the Xone phone and then discovered that it was a cheap knockoff of the Xphone that was advertised. I sought a refund and after two emails I was refunded the full purchase price within 72 hours after very pleasant and promp communications.

My wife bought one of these at a silly price ( £30. Ish. It really did not do anything.

Had to pay return postage (£4.00) and they would not refund this.

Not their policy they said. But if the item is defective or not as advertised, then they must do this by law.

Incidentally, I found you can get the same thing from EBAY for around £4.00 ish. Which actually works as it should----or thought it did - wroooooong! See next review.

Very annoyed buyer. Crap company. Get the same thing if off of EBAY for around £25.00 less. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered Corona Masks back in February 2020 and still waiting. Support team always replies with a pre-generated reply. No progress what so ever and no product delivered. Tracking info is in Chinese so as far as i'm concerned, they could be cursing at me. Nothing but a thieving company. I'd respect them if they were to rob me using a gun. The WORST COMPANY EVER! STAY THE $#*! AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

Customer service is nonexistent! My order shipped over one month late and all they send me is a tracking app. Stay away from this company! Headaches galore
