Never got product. Ordered Feb 18, it is now April 27. They keep saying it is out of stock and offering useless credits to get you past the last filing date for a cc or Paypal dispute.

What a great experience I had when I shopped with them. They were the cheapest shop on the internet I could find for a HP Laptop and it was shipped to me within 5 days without any problems and arrived in great condition. I will shop here again!

I bought a cheap laptop from them and I have had no problems! Ordered it one day, got it two days later. Arrived in perfect condition. A+++

I have not bought a notebook from them before---I have bought servers from them without an OS for very low prices and I don't know how they end up with these so cheap as compared to buying from Dell itself. If you know how to just load up whatever OS you require then I would say this is the best place I found to buy servers on the cheap.

I ordered merchandise from this company almost 2 weeks ago, and they have yet to ship the product. I have called them and emailed their customer service dept to get more information and still have had no response.

Now I am having to create a dispute to get money back from them. Do yourself a favor, and stay away from this merchant.

No discounts were offered, categorically or refund or pay extra or we will bring another configuration (another processor).
