This place is a scam! All products are fake! Call north Face and demand them to do something about this BS... If you ordered from them contact your credit card company to stop payment because of fraud. CAVEAT EMPTOR

I contacted THE North Face about this site. They advise it is not legitimate and that anyone considering purchasing from it does so at their own risk. It is not a genuine The North Face outlet. They had a sponsored link on Amazon. Unfortunately Amazon refused to do anything about it, presumably because they generated income from that link. I reported it to Trading Standards... they've not yet succeeded in shutting North Face Sale Outlet down as yet, but at least Amazon appear to have removed the sponsored link from their site.

Please do not use totally 100% fake and counterfeit. China based and horrific in all forms.

This site sells fake goods shipped from China. They refuse to give refunds. Do not use!

Further to my previous review I have now received written confirmation from the genuine North Face that northfacesaleoutlet.com is NOT an authorised stockist and IS selling counterfeit products. Also that there are legal proceedings underway to have this website closed down. Advising that if I had paid by credit card then I should pursue this to receive the payment back. I did make a claim to Visa, sent them all the supporting email evidence and after a month of nothing I phoned them today to be told the case had been closed as northfacesaleoutlet had told Visa I had failed to return the jackets. I had very clearly stated in my claim to Visa that the reason I still had the jackets was because northfacesaleoutlet would not provide me with an address to return them. Now I have to appeal and ask for the case to be re-opened and go through the whole claim process again. A lot of hassle but I will keep at it and post an update in due course. I would be interested to hear anybody's elses similiar experiences meantime.

Do not buy from this site, the goods are fake and not made well, you cannot get in touch with them. Dont make the same mistake I made thinking I was getting a bargin your not.

I ordered a jacket from these lot before doing my research properly. It arrived but i wanted to send it back as it seems a fake; its not terrible but when i quizzed them on it they didn't deny it and said i had to pay the 15% restocking fee. I refused to pay this so then they said i would have to pay their initial postage of £20 (as if). I refused to pay this as well and wanted assurances that i would get a full refund... then the site and email went down and I can't get hold of them anywhere. I did some further digging and came up with an address here:

I rang Mastercard and told them I'd already sent it out (which is a lie as I was intending on sending it today) and they said get all the evidence together and they'll see what they can do. Have you got an address off them that is different to this one? I'm a bit reluctant to send it to an unconfirmed address; having said that I'll never where the jacket anyway now that I know its a fake
