The supervisors, managers, quality control, human resource workers & yes even the owners do NOT care about their employees! I have witnessed constant harassment from these "higher up" workers to the "regular" workers. Name calling, put downs, stalking, threats of firing because employee would ask an innocent question or was simply confused. This place is "supposed" to be equal opportunity employer but they hide behind false masks. Those that work 2nd shift get away with smoking and drinking alcohol on premises & not finishing half their work. Those that work 1st shift get constant name calling and threats of being fired if they don't finish all their work within a short amount of time, even when tremendously understaffed. What is the difference between harassment and discrimination? Discrimination occurs when an employer treats members of certain classes unfairly because of their memberships in those groups or their protected characteristics. Harassment involves acts that are targeted towards one person. I have witnessed discrimination & harassment towards many other employees. I went forward and tried to help fix this matter. Me & others said we wanted to file harassment charges. Instead, I was threatened to never show up there again since I can't mind my own business. Two were fired, as well. And the harassment on the others who stayed has increased to the point its affecting their health. The ones that stayed is only because they need the money. But please don't put yourself through this indecent environment. This job is not worth your sanity. Associating with this company makes you look bad. You can find a much more suitable company to work for and work with.
