My furnace died so we ordered the part off from Amazon... Replacement for Fasco Furnace Vent Venter Exhaust Draft Inducer Motor A130. North American HVAC sent the wrong part. When I notified them of this they just said that the part they sent was correct. The part I needed was for 3450RPMs and per the description on Amazon that is what we ordered but what they sent was for 3000RPMs and it would not run my furnace. I sent many, many emails to them. I had to spend my own money to ship it back ($16.00) and they refunded me 50% of what I paid for the motor. I did complain to Amazon and in the end the company did refund all my money with the exception of the $16 I spent to sent it back. They are not worth the hassle.
Ordered two Rheem furnace parts and got them in 4 days. When I had questions tech support came through with the right answers. Will use NAHVAC in the future.
L A Y E R S! They are not responsible for what they are doing. They impudence has no limits. Is hard to believe what they are still working and AMAZON did not refused to work with them.
I purchased a gas valve from North America HVAC on 11/15/15, via Amazon.com. A Honeywell valve is pictured clearly in this listing. A White-Rodgers valve was sent instead. Since a little old lady was without heat, I installed it rather than quibble over the manufacturer. This gas valve was installed on my mom's furnace Thanksgiving night, 11/24/15. By the way, I'm a graduate of our local technical college's HVAC/Refrigeration program. North America HVAC pulled the "licensed technician" stuff with me too. On 3/3/16, this gas valve ceased to function. After contacting North America HVAC, I was told that the 90 day return window had passed, and there was nothing they would be willing to do. Now there's a little old lady on a fixed income who doesn't have any heat, thanks to this unscrupulous bunch known as North America HVAC. Thankfully, Amazon customer service is making things right. Thanks, Amazon! And KISS MY GRITS to North America HVAC. You people at North America HVAC should be ashamed of yourselves masquerading as a reputable vendor, when you obviously wouldn't know an industry standard if it smacked you upside the head. Take it from me (and the countless other folks who've posted here) and go somewhere else and avoid the grief. 2 satisfied customers out of all these reviews... the odds aren't in your favor.
Wouldn't accept a return on a 35 day old transaction. The item wasn't as advertised and didn't fit my application yet they said it would AND the item was still in the box!
Listen! There is a reason they don't have any google reviews. Stay away! First off, this company is on amazon and they charged me and sent an empty box (because the item wasn't in stock) so I contacted them and they told me it wasn't in stock and wouldn't be for a few weeks. So after dealing with some $#*!ty customer service they sent me a refund, I ordered another through the company and it shows up like 3 days later! A day after I left towns for this is very important to the story so keep reading. We had a guy come out to look at the ac and he ended up diagnostics and determined it was a could and not the circuit board so he replaced the coil and it was fixed. ( you should also know that no company will install a product that's isn't theirs) also important for the story. My wife sent the item back to them and weeks later we get a message from them telling us that they are only giving us 140$ back because the item was "installed"! Ummm no it wasn't because a company won't install a product that isn't theirs and I was OUT OF TOWN! They even sent us a pic of a board that wasn't ours! When I got on the chat to ask what the problem was I was connected with "Nikki" she was a complete $#*! to me as if somehow I was bothering her and yes I did call her a $#*!.
I bought this item for my furnace It was a direct replacement (FASCO Furnace Draft Inducer/Exhaust Vent Venter Motor - 67K0401) I bought it off Amazon, This company was the seller, I bought it Jan 27,23 received it on Feb 2,23... My old one finally quit working and it was installed by my local heating & cooling service tech. 3 days after I had it installed it began making a bad vibration noise, I had the heating & cooling tech come back out and he told me it was a bad part, I contacted the seller where as they told me if i want replacement motor I will need to BUY ANOTHER ONE that they will not do a exchange but they will give me a refund. But not even 35 days after buying the 1st one, They have now raised the price of the motor $46.00... I asked if i would get back the amount of the new motor, They said NOPE the original price minus the shipping cost for the return... SO I ended up reporting them to Amazon only to get NO MORE REPLYS from this company... Plain and Simple... DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY (North America HVAC) They make and sell sub-par parts & equipment... At this point would be afraid to buy a CARDBOARD BOX from them... They have proven to me that they are here for one thing MONEY they dont care if there parts work
I request a fan motor, and before getting the part on the mail I got a RMA to return the part with a fee of 20 % charging fee for restocking, in other words they knew that the parts they sale are faulty.
Below it is my response to this RMA:

Why are you issuing a RME if I have not received the fan motor?
Are you crazy?
Was this a scam from the beginning?!
I will report you if that is the case
And will challenge you through PayPal
If this a honest mistake have agent "Nikki" fired from this company because it is a bad apple
Sincerely

We purchased the same exact Honeywell furnace gas valve that we were replacing from NorthAmericanHVAC on Amazon. Because winter is not far, we rushed delivery. We live less than 150 miles away but it still took almost a week to get the part. The gas valve we were sent was not even the same brand as what we ordered (White Rodgers), and if that wasn't bad enough, it was not the correct replacement valve for our model of Honeywell gas valve. We had our HVAC already scheduled to install the gas valve and he told us that the valve would work alright. NorthAmericanHVAC's original response was sometimes homeowners are looking for a cost effective replacement. Okay... that's fine, but their competitor's are selling the gas valve we received for 1/2 of what we paid and NorthAmericanHVAC does not have this part listed on Amazon or their website at all. They refuse to tell us the price of the gas valve. We have the option to return the part at our expense apparently since NorthAmericanHVAC claimed to have sent packaging to return the part a week ago and we've not received that either. Lastly, and as I told them, if we wanted a cost effective replacement, we would have ordered one. We wanted what was in the picture and description on Amazon and to not be second guessed as to why. Thankfully they are not a grocery store because they would send blueberries if you ordered strawberries because a berry is a berry right?
I ordered and paid 20 usd for shipping to canada. Ordered on april 28th, then on may 2nd there was an update and then nothing, on may 14th i contacted them through live chat and Ashley c responded by saying its probably at customs but no way to know for sure and that I have to call customs and only after that I will know whats going on with the package, she said once its handed to customs which she doesnt even know for sure its not there problem, worst customer service DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Ordered a Trane run capacitor for my heat pump. Googled the part aenpartTrane part. When I emailed them about the mistake, they said it was not a mistake, that the part sent was what I was supposed to get, that it was the substitute for the Trane. I told them there wasn't anything anywhere on their site that said I would be getting a substitute. I asked why a Trane part was pictured and they said it was not labeled anywhere as a Trane and was only meant to inform the customer that the part sent was equivalent. I told them that was not sufficient. E picture shown had no identifying company on it but was listed as a Trane part, even in the description below the picture. They offered to take the part back and not charge me a restocking fee but they would not send a recall slip so it meant I would have to pay for shipping ($7-$8). Also sent me a link to the page where a true OEM part, and I wonder if it would be a true part, could be ordered. I contacted the BBB about them and they sent 2 inquiries but received no replies. It is apparent they run a bait and switch operation. Return shipping is almost as much as I paid for the part to begin with. This place is a very untrustworthy place to do business with.
North America HVAC sent a defective item, it started leaking as soon as it was installed. Unfortunately, I was out of the return window and North America HVAC would not help me out at all. They continued to throw fine print at me and did absolutely everything they possibly could in an effort not to replace the damaged item they sent me, including misleading me on whom to turn to. Told me to reach out to Carrier for a warranty? But this was not a Carrier part. I attached pics of what I purchased vs. what they sent me.
The part they were supposed to send me was made by ClimaTek. ClimaTek is actually them - North America HVAC, and the parts they send out to you are remanufactured, by them. Strangely, they sent me an item made by NBK, not ClimaTek. NBK is very upset that they were misrepresented by this company as they are selling NGK equipment as ClimaTek. NKG explained that North America HVAC was supposed to file a warranty claim on my behalf which they refused to do. Just google them and check out other reviews.
They only communicate via text or email as that is the best way they can really hide from complaining customers. Their customer service is awful and I would have absolutely nothing to do with them because they will leave you hanging. They got me for $250, left me with a broken HVAC, and absolutely refused to take responsibility. I have a small child who was very uncomfortable for days with a broken AC and they refused to help. Eventually, they said that my repeated requests for help were harassing to them and to stop contacting them.

STAY AWAY!
I give NorthAmerica HVAC NO STARS! We had to get a new motor for our furnace as ours was squealing so bad.We chose the 2 day mail that was about $35.00 because it was so hot we needed our air. Our son-in-law who worked on service at the gas Co. For 16 years and is very good at service put the motor we received on and it wouldn't run. He took it back off and put our old one back on and it ran with that squeal. I contacted NorthAmerica HVAC at their sight and they said since we didn't have a certified person put it on we would only get 50% of our money back! I tried to tell them it never ran, the motor is defective but they said that"s their pollicy. We went elsewhere, bought another motor just like the one we ordered from these clowns and installed it, the same way theirs was installed and what do you know, we had it running and it's been running for days without fail! I wonder how many people this defective motor gets sent to just so they can screw people out of their money! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN! They send you defective parts then charge you 50% on returned stock fees! After this review I might not get anything back from my $151.63, but if it stops someone else from ordering from this place that rips people off it will be worth it! Save money and go somewhere else to buy your parts, you will save $ in the long run! Very unhappy X consumer! We were SCAMMED, CHEATED, AND SCREWED! Don't order from this company! You've been warned!
HORRIBLE scammed me two times for 200$. Sent me 2 wrong parts! Employees should be McDonald's workers
How much will it cost me to get anew bryantcontrol circuit board delivered to ontario canada numberces*******
I purchased an AC fan blade, I should mention I live in the desert in Las Vegas where it's over 100degrees. The product took 1 week to be delivered and I was standing in the driveway when UPS arrived. I immediately opened the package and realized it was the wrong part, wrong part number and didn't match the picture as I ordered. Within 5 minutes of delivery and opening the box I was back on Amazon trying to contact North American HVAC to refund the wrong piece they sent me, to no avail. I was told, although the part number you ordered is different from what we sent you, what we sent you should work just the same. I've exchanged multiple emails with this company explaining they sent me the wrong device and I live in the desert, again to no avail. I even have an email from a manager stating that we may have forgotten to send you all the parts at the time of shipping your product, would you like us to ship it now? Well it Las Vegas it's 100+ degrees and it's been 2 weeks, of course I needed to pay an HVAC company locally to get my AC working. I have been trying to return the wrong part that was sent to me but this company absolutely refuses to refund my money for their mistake. Stay away, this company has no problem to take your money but if they send the wrong part to you, they will tell you "It should work". I have opened a claim with Amazon and I will follow that course of action to get my money back. Please, please, please, you are better off paying a reputable company locally than having to buy from this company, getting the wrong part and then having to buy the right part in the end anyways. Run and save your money!
I ordered a blower motor for my furnace from Www.northamericahvac.com in mid September 2020. I received it damaged and the shipping box damaged. The mounting arms were bent. They sent me a return label and kept the fee they charged me for shipping. They only reimbursed me the cost of the damaged motor. I ordered the motor again from this company to give them another chance. This time I received another damaged motor with tool marks on it in another damaged shipping box with one mounting arm bent. Tool marks are on a second mounting arm. The company claims it will send me a return shipping label and all of my money including shipping. I have requested every penny of my money back they have taken! Including the shipping fee from my first order. They claimed they reimbursed me shipping on my first order but that was a lie from this company. My opinion now is that this second motor was sent deliberately in the state I received it because with tool marks on it this company can by it's policy claim I attempted to install it. This way they can claim a loophole to keep my money or part of my money as a restocking fee. I have not even had Lennox remove the old motor from my furnace unit. I am still attempting to aquire a new motor. It will never be from this company again or any of this companies affiliates. Any consumer being ripped off by this company, or one of it's affiliated companies, can contact the Dept. Of Justice Consumer Protection Dept. At *******000 or the USPS Mail Fraud # at *******347. Or the Indiana Attorney General's Office at *******516. These are numbers I located. You can find this company under Dun&Bradstreet business directory and find the names of the corporate executives. The BBB in Indiana shows a rating of ( F). I have filed a complaint. There are a tremendous number of consumers falling victim to this company and affiliate companies that I was able to find. I believe it is time consumers need to start ensuring people that prey on them go to jail!
They don't warranty any parts they sell here. Do NOT order anything from these scam artist. I am a licensed HVAC tech please see the email below.
Hello,
Thank you for your message!
I do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. We are not obligated to provide a warranty through our company and as explained in my previous message, the parts are offered at a low price point that does not allow for a warranty. The part you were shipped was of the Fasco brand, you would need to contact Fasco. Often a manufacture will request an invoice from a qualified technician proving proper installation as well as an invoice of sale, which we would be happy to provide.
Please let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you!
Best Regards,
Sarah

And this one
Hello,
Thank you for your email! We apologize, but we offer no warranties with any of our products. Our suppliers will honor warranties only when parts are installed by a Licensed HVAC Technicians employed by a reputable HVAC Contractor. Great pricing is one of the advantages of online purchasing, thats most like why youre here. The same parts purchased through a HVAC Contractor cost as much as three or four times what you can find online. Those higher HVAC Contractor part prices have the warranties built into them. When you purchase the part online for a fraction of the cost and when a qualified HVAC Tech is not installing the part then the warranty options are simply not available.
Please let me know if you need any further assistance!
Please respond to this email rather than starting a new one, this will allow me to help you more quickly. We appreciate your business!
Thank you,
Sharissa
