At 1st I had some issues receiving a cologne purchased from Nordstrom.com which was intended as a birthday gift for my friend, and I was unsuccessful in getting the situation resolved using the normal route of emailing Nordstrom's customer service. Once the right contact noticed my situation and got in touch with me from Nordstrom corporate, Nordstrom worked with me very well to resolve my issue fully. I am grateful for their kindness and the length they went to help me-- they really went above and beyond in the end!
Nordstrom is using a unreliable 1 star delivery service - T Force - that never delivered my package. They marked it as delivered at a locker at exactly 8:36 PM, but never delivered it. My building has cameras that were able to show no delivery service entered the locker room around that time. And they marked as delivered. An outrageous lie. Lost about 2 hours between chats, calls and my building office trying to figure out where the package was. Nowhere. Still in T force truck for all I know. Nordstrom should not work with such an unreliable service. It is a shame.
I have shopped at Nordstrom for a long time but lately I have been disappointed with not only their inventory (lack of) but also their declining customer service. It seems to take much longer these days for deliveries to arrive - like up to 3 weeks. Their online service is failing me as well. Their interface now requires a separate log in to print a return label and their online support is all but invisible at times. I cannot recommend nordstrom as a high end shop anymore.
I never got my package after they shipped with LSO. They have horrible reviews. Why do you still use them.
I tried buying a wonderful $39 Nordstrom brand straw hat for a friend in LA who admired it while on vacation. I ordered it online but the order didn't go through on my Amex. Tried again and went through a lot of rigamarole and was told maybe it was my Amex. Unlikely but I tried VISA. I had to fill out another form giving them permission and no one could tell me why Amex wasn't accepted. Incredible waste of time for a small purchase but friend received the hat and loves it. I will never use Nordstrom.com again but will only use the retail store. They wouldn't publish my review on their own online site.

Most of the clothes just scrambled up everywhere, no price. Ladies working there doesn't know where the price is or how much it cost. Anyway, it's like a traffic that really sucks.
Not really happy with the item that I purchased, didn't met my expectation the Item that I received is far differ than the one I saw with their advertisement
Saw Nordstrom will be advertising for Balsam Hill Trees. I would hope you researched there terrible trees and the most official customer service ever. Hopevthat you rethink this relationship.

My wife and I ware visiting Nordstrom for some shopping and noticed some very strange thing. While the whole world and especially our Country is dropping all the restrictions, Nordstrom went back to this totally ridiculous thing as wearing masks to all their employees. This is complete nonsense and total disrespect towards the customers. We have no pleasure at all to see faceless employees. I'm not going back to Nordstrom on till all these nonsense will end, these policies going against all local and even federal laws and regulations. All of us going everywhere without masks, traveling, going to concerts, churches etc. this against any common sense.
Over all Nordstrom is loosing the quality of the customer service focusing and following political winds. Vary sad, such a great company loosing it's grip over things don't matter.

Nordstrom is good, but too expensive. I do buy gifts here, and some make up. Other than that, I prefer Macys.
My family and I have been Nordstrom customers for decades, but we rarely shop there anymore because it's really gone down hill.
Nordstrom has joined in with most other retailers to offer customers poor quality merchandise at high prices. It's ridiculous. We are morons if we pay that much money for merchandise that will fall apart right away.
Also, it is increasingly hard to find anything that is actually chic. The buyers at Nordstrom have been doing a really lousy job for years now. They buy the same for all stores in all regions, with no regard for local cultural preference or needs. Most of the clothes are unattractive. What are they thinking?
It's obvious the buyers are young and biased toward youth, but that's a bad business decision because it is their elders who actually have money. Now that the credit card frenzy has crashed, the youth no longer have access to easy credit. Mature consumers have actual cash and credit. Yet, good luck finding much that's appealing for anyone over the age of 40.
It's really too bad because our entire family were die-hard Nordstrom shoppers who valued their once excellent customer service, nice stores, and lovely and handsome merchandise. No more, I'm afraid, because those things just aren't there anymore like they once were.
I am giving Nordstrom three stars, though, for its excellent return policy and free shipping.
Normally, I'd give Nordis 5 stars... after all, they did set a world wide trend for service. But! They lost 6 pairs of my shoes... then had the NERVE! To charge me $17.50 for cleaning one air of suede shoes. I'll never take my shoes there again!

This is not the first time I have had problems returning items using the labels provided by Nordstrom, but it will be the last. I will choose to buy from other retailers who do not steal my money.
It was my first time purchasing from Nordstrom online, and while the website is great and beautiful, the operations seemed a mess! It took too long to receive my sweater, and was told that there were delays on the "courier end" as opposed to their own. Of course, not their fault, but perhaps they could've updated me more! Maybe in-store purchases will be different.
Who pays $500 for a pair of jeans? Or $60 for a t-shirt? Prices at Nordstrom have always been outrageous. Customer service is generally excellent. Stores are generally clean and organized. Assumingly you don't mind shuffling through racks of cloths it can be worth it.
I do not support them due to how costly their merchandise is. Definitely not a store for your average consumer.
Are the products from Nordstrom.com genuine?
Like will a Michael kors watch be the real thing and come in the proper box or will it be a rip off?
More power to you if you have money to burn on over priced goods. I don't go there because their products are way to expensive for me.
I ORDERED STEVER MADDEN SNEAKERS AND THE WHITE PART HAS DIRT SCUFFS AND THE NOTTOM OF THE SHOE LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE HAD THEM AND RETURNED THEM. I was not pleased smh..
I save shopping here for special occasions like my daughter's weddinlg. I got a pair of velvet flats that were to die for and they were so comfortable I didn't have to take them off to dance.
I like Nordstrom but the App frequently fails. That's frustrating after spending time sorting through an order to have to call. I was happy to read today in a trade mag that Nordstrom's just hired some big tech geek to overall their app so they must know there is an issue. Also, the color representations on all the cosmetics are frequently off, it's even mentioned in the reviews. And probably like most women, I end up keeping this shade of slightly-wrong lipstick then mailing it back. But more and more, am turning to Neiman's because their app is much better. Am looking forward to seeing Nordstrom improve their online presence.

OF THE LOCAL NORDSTROM DECIDED HE DIDN'T LIKE ME BUT COULD NOT
LEAVE ME ALONE. HE USED TO HIDE BEHIND THE COLUMNS AND LAY IN WAIT
FOR ME, I FOUND THIS UNUSAL BUT SOMETHING I COULD USUALLY AVOID. BUT
AFTER A MOVE AND REMODEL HE REALLY GOT AFTER ME AND I WAS
ACCUSSED OF STEALING/SHOPLIFTING. HE MADE MY LIFE MISERABLE WITH
THAT ABUSE. I WAS AT NORDSTROMS ALOT, SPENT THOUSANDS AND
THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. I COULDN'T BELIEVE THE PLACE I FELT COMFOR-
TABLE WAS AT MY NECK STRANGLING ME. I KNEW THEY WERE WATCHING ME
BUT I WOULD NEVER DO THAT.
AS I TRIED TO PAY, HAD FORGOTTEN MY CARD. AS I STOOD IN LINE THE
PERSON TO HELP ME WAS JUST OUT OF CONTROL. SHE GOT A PITCH IN HER
VOICE THAT ACTUALLY STOPPED ME IN MID SENTECE AND I FORGOT ABOUT
WHAT WAS AROUND ME TRYING TO HELP HER. A SEASONED EMPLOYEE
KNOWING WHAT TO DO, STOOD THERE AND JUST WATCHED AS I SCRAMBLED
TO MAKE IT RIGHT. MY TRAINING IS TO HELP SOMEONE WHEN THEY ARE THIS
EXCITABLE AND I TRIED. FINALLY I WENT TO THE MGR., HE WENT UP AND
RETURNED WITH THIS CUSTOMER NUMBER AND I SAID, THIS IS NOT MY NUMBER,
HE SAID USE IT. I TOLD THE CLERK AND SHE ENTERED IT, BUT WITH ID SHE
WOULD NOT LET IT THROUGH. THE STORE MGR. DIDN'T BELIEVE ME,, THAT
THE NUMBER HE GAVE ME WAS INCORRECT. TO THIS DAY, YEARS LATER I
FEEL PARANOID WHEN I AM THERE. I WAS FORBIDDEN TO ENTER THEIR STORE
FOR A YEAR.
THIS WAS NOT FOR MY BENEFIT BUT FOR A THING, NOT QUIET A MALE THAT
DECIDED TO MAKE MY LIFE MISERABLE. THAT DAY I HAD A MIGRANE THAT
WAS SO BAD I COULD BARELY TALK, I HAD TAKEN NEW MEDS TO HANDLE IT.
HE WAS TRANSFERRED AWAY, BUT I STILL HARBOR FEELINGS OF NOT BEING
IN CONTROL WHEN I ENTER THE STORE.

VIEWING SHOWS VERY FEW CUSTOMERS AND MY SON IS IN RETAIL AT COSTCO.
HE SAID, PEOPLE ORDER ONLINE. I FIND ORDERING CLOTHING ONLINE RIPE
WITH ISSUES, I DO NOT HAVE A ONE SIZE FITS ME, I MUST TRY EVERY THING
ON FIRST. THEN I SAW THIS ARTICLE ABOUT THE DECLINING SALES FOR
NORDSTROMS, MY FEELINGS WERE COULDN'T HAPPEN TO A BETTER RUN
PLACE. WHEN YOU THINK YOU ACT WITHOUT MONITORING AND CAN RELY ON
YOUR REPUTATION, TO BE HURT FINANCIALLY IS NICE TO SEE. NOT THAT I
WANT THE EMPLOYEES TO SUFFER, IT IS WHAT THIS MAN GOT AWAY WITH
THAT ALLOWS ME TO SEE SOME SATISFACTION.
I HAD ALSO FALLEN SEVERAL TIMES, THE LAST BEING TRYIING TO KEEP UP
WITH AN EMPLOYEE, THE PEPSON CONTACTING ME FROM SEATTLE DEMANDED
AT ONE POINT, "WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO PERSONALLY DO FOR YOU?"
