I now order most of my clothing from Nora Cora, but have been a customer since it started in the U.S. The only caveat is to go back CAREFULLY over your order when completed to assure accuracy. And, also, if you develop a shopping cart and then decide not to order, the next time you shop, you may find all those items added to your order. Also, some of the sizes are larger than buying from an American company, so be sure to look at the measurements. Overall, I am very happy with purchases.
I tried to return an order as they did not fit and the quality was poor. They don't state in their return policy the items have to be returned to China! Even though order I received came from New Jersey! So the shipping costs would be enormous! They offer 15% of the order not to return them. Sadly that is what I'm hoping for! Waiting to hear back from them:( Will not order from them again!

I received 2 items in 2 weeks and the third item separate in 3 weeks. It's been 4 weeks amd the 4th item says out of stock but also says processing on the same line. I paid for it then said out of stock after they took my money. I have emailed about 5 times over a week span and no response. Right now I'm out 28.88 dollars. I do like the 3 items I received ( shirts)

Size of items from different designers differ. You need to check the garment measurements in size guide and compare them with your clothing's measurements when choosing size. They are true measurements.

I have placed several orders with your company and was under the impression you were a USA company based in the Carolina's from your website. Only to find out when I wanted to return two of the many items it had to be shipped back to China. Not really USA. Probably will not use your company again even though I liked many of my products.

Placed an order a month ago, last tracking information was entered on 7/8/20 (logistics partner is updating the tracking). Have not been able to get information on where the order is or when I can expect delivery. Last e mails sent requesting information have gone unanswered. Once payment was deducted from my charge account they seem uninterested in responding. Not even sure I'm going to get the merchandise at this point.

Nora Cora clothing web site is one of many I will never buy from again. Web site looks really nice. Great pictures. When the product comes it looks and feels like it came from the dollar store. Takes two months for delivery and returns are at your cost for shipping back overseas along with custom fees. Fabric is so thin. No darts are in the dresses. Sizing is irregular. Heads up when shopping these websites.

I ordered some shoes from noracora and they did not look like what was online. So Ugly! I called customer service and they told me several different ways to get a refund. If you do decide to return it goes to China and I would get maybe $2 back. So I took the offer of 1/4 of a refund and I keep them. I will not order from noracora again.

Given a 25% discount code and it won't work and after placing a second order for over $110. It still doesn't accept discount code. Definitely not ordering from this site anymore. It's deliberately misleading just to get you to buy stuff until you check out then you are confronted with reality that the code is fake and you are being robbed! VERY DISAPPOINTING! The clothes are cheaply made. They're not good quality and they shrink easily, or stretch out easily. They are not made with good quality. Based on this order, it seems to me these dresses are made for very tall thin figures. I am 44 in. Tall and the dress I ordered, seen in the photo, is a Large which is my size. It measures 50 in. Long when measured from the back neckline to the hem; 6 in. Longer than I am tall! Notice also where the armholes fall. I am going to try to return it for a refund but am skeptical based on reviews I've read. This is the problem with online ordering from a company you know nothing about.

On the website, the clothes are pretty and stylish looking, but of subpar quality. I placed an order for 4 tops on 12/12/22 and still (1/4/23) have not received my order in its entirety. The website that tracks these orders is www.eshippinggateway.com/uexpress where everything is written in Chinese! I guess they make the items after they receive orders. At any rate, I'm disappointed. I am very disappointed with the products sold on this website. Items are of poor quality. Coloring on some of my items were completely off compared to what was advertised. Size guide differs between items causing concern about how items will actually fit. 75% of the items ordered do NOT fit according to them measurements stated on the size chart for each item. I was very excited about the shirt with the map of the world… UNTIL I realized the large black lettering Misspelled Atlantic on both front and back. I'm donating the items to charity. Returns will cost more than I paid. Learned when prices look too good to be true you can bet they are.

The clothing and wide selection is great. When my order was missing 2 items, CS replied "It has been delivered, check your tracking #"which, of course, I had many times. Now the package has arrived. Strange to me, order of 3 garments ordered together, arrived separately weeks apart. Also, all 3 items were ordered in same size. One fit great and the other two could have fit someone TWICE MY SIZE. First time buyer. Took over 2 weeks to receive. Photo was NOT what I received; the fabric was a cheap representation of something similar, but not high-end looking like their photo. Not fitting, either, like their photo. Their site said Cotton/poly blend, yet the tag says 100% cotton.? NO consistency is the bottom line. Won't buy again from NoraCora. Cost is too much to return. I ordered three items. All three were not satisfactory due to poor quality material and structure. I emailed to return the items and asked for two things
A full refund receipt and a return address. I have been given neither. Only a 15 percent return of money or a 50 percent coupon off future purchase. Both are unexceptionable. I ordered 5 items on April 24 and received 4 of them on June 9. I ordered Medium as thats what i normally wear and that's what the sizing charts indicated would fit. The 3 tops were a little snug and the dress was like a tent so I requested a return. They responded that I could return them but since the returns go to China it might be expensive. They offered a 25% refund instead, which i chose and am now told will take 1-2 weeks. All in all, if you order consider sizing carefully and be prepared to wait. Still haven't received my 5th item.

This item arrived with a huge sewing mistake. One cannot get your sleeve open. Because the fabric was folded into the seam and it's ridiculous. Trying to return this to your site gives me few options if any. And then reading the reviews I find out that you simply do not accept returns. What's up? I'd like a refund.
