I now order most of my clothing from Nora Cora, but have been a customer since it started in the U.S. The only caveat is to go back CAREFULLY over your order when completed to assure accuracy. And, also, if you develop a shopping cart and then decide not to order, the next time you shop, you may find all those items added to your order. Also, some of the sizes are larger than buying from an American company, so be sure to look at the measurements. Overall, I am very happy with purchases.
I tried to return an order as they did not fit and the quality was poor. They don't state in their return policy the items have to be returned to China! Even though order I received came from New Jersey! So the shipping costs would be enormous! They offer 15% of the order not to return them. Sadly that is what I'm hoping for! Waiting to hear back from them:( Will not order from them again!
I placed an order for an item one month ago. I never received an order confirmation even though they were promptly paid. When I followed up via their website, I was given a bogus shipping confirmation number. All I learned was that the item had been shipped. When I complained (again via their website), I was told I would hear back from a customer service rep "within 48 hours." That was 6 days ago. And I still haven't received the item. Have lodged a formal complaint with PayPal. This company is a rip-off. Buy at your own risk!

Online buyer for the first time of leggings from this website. I bought some to bite my ankles, as they have pockets, which are very useful for my phone. They feel so light and amazing, I just love them. The sizing guides were great as they fit my daughter and me perfectly. We will not be going back to any other brand now, I have ordered 2 pairs of leggings now in 2 different colors and it only took me a couple weeks to deliver.
Excellent client service. After receiving two dresses that I had ordered for my birthday, I was really happy because my skin did not react to them as it does with other fabrics. I am more than satisfied with the customer service I received from a lovely girl! She is professional, fast, patient and incredibly attentive to the needs and concerns of clients. What should have been a frustrating exchange for the two of them (returns are never fun), they strived to be an absolute BREEZE thanks to excellence in communication, problem solving and charm. Total ripoff. Most clothes are too small for the sizes indicated and basically did not fit. When I tried to return I was discouraged because the return was to China. Also told in an email "We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth." Imagine that instead of a full refund NoraCora will refund you 15% so that you can buy cloth to alter the blouse. Total ripoff.

I've been ordering clothes here for a long time and had only the best online experience so far. Her clothes always fit her well, the material is of good quality and she is very chic and fashionable. The address on the received package is not our return address， it is only a hub of the shipping company. The package was shipped from China.

I made a purchase from Noracora, based on these reviews. Unfortunately, I found that the items did not match the colors or designs pictured or their website description. Now I face an extraordinary return cost or lost of the overall purchase. Very disappointed. I will not be buying from Noracora again.

I expected delivery to take about 3 weeks, but it took less than 2. At first I was suspicious, but ended up with a beautiful skirt in my house. I emailed the service and they responded quickly. I give it 5 stars because the skirt was AMAZING. The quality and size were perfect. I will order many more products from this website.

I get great quality clothes at incredible prices, and many of the clothes are one of a kind pieces that would be almost impossible to find anywhere else. Buy on this website some very comfortable and warm leggings, of good gender. You've been wearing them for months and they won't lose color or ball the fabric. The knee area gives itself away with use, as with all cotton pants. There is a good quality price relation.
Love all the great prices and discounts! The clothes fit very well, according to size. Lots of compliments on everything. My main disappointment was the slow shipping. No idea it was coming from China - it took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, barely in time for my vacation. I also noticed that everything seemed to be made of the same polyester fabric.
No clear answers regarding tracking my order or when it would arrive. I grew very concerned when the time drew near for vacation. Everything I ordered was for this special trip.

On my original order, I ordered one t-shirt, and then on the printed receipt in the order there was 2. I received 2.
One of the dresses I ordered, looked nothing like I thought it would. It was a striped dress. The photo looked like a two piece sweater set. It was listed as 'final sale' but I wonder if the dress I got was the one listed in the picture as final sale.
This letter may be duplicate since I did send a separate e-mail.

Everything was good, the quality was better on some items opposed to others, however I will order from them again. Shipping does take a long time, which is to be expected. I am accustomed to items that I order arriving within a day or two. I ordered 2 short sleeve shirts. One arrived in 6 weeks the second shirt has not arrived as of this date. I placed my order on June 7 hoping to be able to send the second shirt as a birthday gift. At this time I will probably have to purchase another gift. I do like the shirt that I received. The sizing is confusing as I did not know that Noracora carries plus-size clothes. The medium is not plus size.
I was not really satisfied with the service. It took nearly a week for someone to send me a response to my email.
