Attempted to cancel an order with an email on Jan 1st.
On Jan 3rd, they shipped the order.
Emailed them moments later requesting they cancel the order and call back shipment.
They answered, saying they couldn't do that, but if I sent the order back they would refund my money.
I sent the order back, one week later, no refund.
I emailed, asking them "Did you get the shipment"
They said, "yes, we received it, you should receive the refund in 5-10 business days."
Today is the 11th business day. No refund. It is now January 31st.
The order never should have shipped, and I have now spent a full month trying to get my money back.
I have been doing business with this company for over a year. Their products have always been good and the prices are reasonable. The customer service is also very good. They definitely deserve five stars.
