The buckle on the belt I had purchased bent after regular use. I notified the company and sent them photos. The No Nickel brand name was stamped on the back of the buckle. Michael Dow replied to me "you can gently bend the pin back in place. Our buckles are made without nickel so customers like you can live a rash free life. Nickel is used because it is STRONG and cheap. Buckles made without nickel are softer and prone to what. Just gently bend it back." This was unacceptable and Michael refused to provide me a refund because there are "no refunds for used belts." I would not recommend this company or their buckles.

Bought nickel guard to cover a ring that I purchased from Etsy. It actually made the reaction worse. It's too bad.

Don't know the provider and can't respond any more I'm writing this because I have nothing else to say

I have now had the belt for about two weeks and worn it Maybe five times. The outer silver finish has already peeled off and is now giving me an allergic reaction.

Some styles the tongues fall out and are a pain every time your go to fasten. Carbon fibre buckle fail miserably soon after warranty runs out. Be aware not all buckle tongues are attached.

I received another item than the one I wanted. The problem seems to have occurred on your website, because that's where the mistake is. Also, the delivery was very expensive: 50 CAD on a item worthing 100 CAD. And I had the very disagreable experience that the delivery man charged me another 25 USD (so around 37 CAD) for customs, something that wasn't describe neither included on your website.

The delivery was more expensive than the product. And the product is, honestly, not worthing the price. So it was more than 200 CAD for a product that gives me less satisfaction than a fabric belt I bought for 30 CAD delivery included. I am very displeased and I am not interested in buying one of your products again.

We bought 2 nickel free belts within a year and both belts fell apart without warning. Both belts were warranty replacement guarantee belts if they fell apart for normal wear. The first time it happened we just went ahead and bought another one. The second time it happened we notified the company and the owner mike said he would send us the bolts to fix it instead of replacing it like the guarantee stated. First off I'm not in the belt making industry and secondly I bought it bc of the warranty. We bought the belt May 2nd and by September 20th it had fallen apart. I explained to him that he needed to honor his guarantee and send a new belt. He then said I could pay to ship it back to him and he would fix it. Really bad business. Then he decided to get nasty via email with my wife when she messaged about the item. I will never buy another item from this company. They are false advertising and taking advantage of people in the process and they have a total disrespect for customer service. Please stay away from this company if you care about your money and customer service. They are running a scam on buyers.

The website is very slow on phones. I cant say for PC but for mobile it barely wanted to run. Great product though!

I signed up to receive free shipping on my first order and received the code "Newsletter" in an email but the system would not accept the code. I hope the product is better than the website.

I've purchased belts from NoNickel for several years now and I am never disappointed. The belts are very high quality and last a few years with daily wear. I also never get allergy bumps on my stomach like I used to so I am confident the belts are nickel free as advertised. I highly recommend these products!

The first time I put it on the buckle broke. I wrote the company and they said to try to fix it myself. I am in sales myself and would never offer this as a solution for one of my customers. I wrote back stating my displeasure of paying $30 for a belt that broke right away and that I needed to fix it. They then emailed back to have me send it back to them and they would fix it. I was not satisfied with this answer either. I did not want the same belt that had a defect. They finally stated to send it back and they would refund me. I was very sad about this transaction and wouldn't even be looking at a belt like this if I didn't have an allergy.
