I ordered a framed picture and uploaded it into Frameology's site and cropped the photo as I wanted it. When I received the framed picture it wasn't cropped at all. When I asked to send it back the sent me their return policy and the stated that I must pay for shipping it back. I asked for a prepaid shipping label and was refused. I sent it back anyway and it cost me $12.95 for shipping. I have requested a full refund including the $12.95 in shipping. I will never do business with Frameology again. Why should the customer have to pay for return shipping when the mistake was their issue and not mine. I had cropped the picture correctly on their Website. It was their mistake and not mine. Watch out for this company as they have strange policies I do not understand. I have placed my new order with Keepsake.
The lens was full of dust. Attached it to my camera and will not extend. Lbs had a deep scratch and very dusty. Could not use so I have return for refund.

This top is absolutely beautiful even more in person than in the picture. I love how it does not show cleavage and has a button in that area. Yall have super cute clothes but too much cleavage showing in almost all your tops which is not appealing and why I don't buy from here as often. This top does not reveal and is more classy and modest but still cute. Please make more tops with optional boob coverage buttons to cover cleavage.

Bought a $3 replacement part for my Black and Decker Alligator Loppers. I got the part quickly and found Youtube video on how to replace it. Took me about 30 minutes. Much better than spending $100 for a new Lopper.

I was in the store and witnessed the store manager verbally assault a U.S. disabled military Veteran. The manager said with a loud voice, "so you k*ll people huh". The Veteran didn't say a word, turned away from the manager and walked out. I waited a minute or so, left the items I was purchasing and I quietly walked out. I'll never visit that store again.

Called service about pump I was asked to send it back (company sent return label) sent it back on a Friday they received the pump on the following Tuesday called service on the following Monday spoke to a different person.
