ATTENTION anyone who is thinking about ordering anything from NoMoreRack.com. I ordered a $99 item to be shipped to Arkansas but it appeared at my door instead. Upon talking to a CSR, her supervisor and her supervisor's supervisor, they will NOT agree to redirect the item where I indicated it was supposed to go to. They say "expensive items" will not be shipped to a different address than the billing address -- but nowhere on their site or in the ordering process does it say this. So now I have a 46 lb. item that I have to pay to have reshipped. They hid behind the "company policy" saying they cannot help pay for shipping but will offer me a $15 credit to my account. I have ordered from them for several years -- but NO MORE! I encourage anyone thinking of ordering (they have great prices) -- to go somewhere else!
