Ordered the 4 pack of sundresses. Took over 4 weeks to arrive. SIZE was really an issue. I order the XXL (largest size) received what has got to be XS, only anorexic or young teenager could wear these. No size on the tag... didn't even try to return after hearing complaints... passed them on to my granddaughters, 13 & 11 yrs old.

Customer service was actually very prompt. Unfortunately, any returnable items are "instore" credit refund and the item I ordered was far less than quality. Shipping was prompt but never received tracking numbers so... In this life, you get what you pay for... hope this helps others who are enticed into bargain on-line shopping...

I give it two stars because my refund did show up. I ordered some boots on Dec. 17th. In January, the website said that my order had been shipped, but I couldn't get any shipping specifics. I sent an email, and it was answered pretty promptly, but it said that my problem had been solved. That is the same response I got to 5 different emails that I sent about the issue. The thing is, tho, that the problem was NEVER solved. They kept telling me that it had been taken care of, but it wasn't. FINALLY, they said that I was getting a refund, and it would be applied to my account. HA! They applied it to my nomorerack account, and since I never intend to use them ever again, that wasn't going to do any good. They did, finally, refund my credit card, but it was a lot of aggravation, and after every encounter, they send me an email to change my rating. That will not happen.

I ordered two items one of which is fine even though it took a long time to come. However, at the same time I ordered it I also ordered boots which never came. Got the run around with finally an excuse that it was "lost" in the mail. What gets lost in the mail these days? I gave them 2 stars because I did get the first item and they said they will refund the money for my boots. We will see.

I bought a lot of items from ths site but never again. Unless I am mistaken - it was not indicated on the website or order form that their return policy was 7-14 days. You could not even get a store credit if you have to return it beyond those dates. Maybe it is just the unhelpful agent that I spoke to. I suppose I should not expect much of a customer service or fair store policy from a store like this. It is not even the amount - it is the principle behind it.

I purchased a pair of rose quartz earrings with sovarski crystals. They were so tiny, they would fit a newborn. In the ad, they looked adult size. Also, I bought a pair of stainless steel salt/pepper shakers. No info came with them, and they're also small. About 4 " tall, very misleading foto.

I ordered a couple of items from this site. I was leary at first as I never heard of them. I did receive the item w/in a reasonable amount of time considering the Holidays. However one of the items I received was not what I ordered. So I sent it back w/ the label and RMA process they provided. The item was returned promptly and they received it on Dec. 16,2013. It is now the New Year, Jan. 01,2014 and I have yet to receive any refund. Previous reviews / comments are correct... they do NOT accept phone calls, only emails. And then they do not always reply. I am in agreement w/ other. I am done w/ them. I will no longer shop with them and will stick w/ Amazon.

I've ordered from them a few times... Got the 1600 TC sheet set... I HATE them! They are so thin you can almost see thru them, and the material snags very easily. They also shrunk a bit when I washed them before using them (in cold water and dried on low), so now the fitted sheet keeps slipping off the mattress when you toss and turn while sleeping!... If you have to get up in the middle of the night, you have to stretch the sheet over the mattress so you can lay back down again! Very frustrating! As far as shipping time, I did receive these within 2 weeks, which I didn't think was bad.

I have also ordered nail polish from them... first purchase was fine... took a while to get it tho... I had to call to check on the shipping status. The second time I purchased nail polish from them it never arrived, and they issued me a credit, which I have yet to use. I'll probably buy something close to that amount so I can clear out my account.

I have no desire to do business with them again.

I've made 2 purchases on this site, both Android tablets. The first one arrived and didn't work correctly, so i had to return it. The 2nd order was placed on 12/2 and it still has not shipped yet. Ordered from Amazon 2 days ago, and received my items today, so not sure how Nomorerack is going to compete with that.

A few things to be concerned about on Nomorerack:
1. Many electronic items are "Refurbished", so pay attention to the description.
2. Many items, not all, are of lower quality brands which is why they are so cheap.
3. Shipping is much slower than other sites.
*** This is actually a positive thing: so far they have been very quick to respond to my emails and concerns.

Ordered 3 different items the November 26,*******. One item was delivered on December 3, The second item was delivered on December 8. The last item was supposedly shipped out on December 22. The tracking number says that the electronic shipping information was received by the USPS. However, it never arrived to the post office and never got to me. They did refund my money and gave my a $5 credit, but my daughter missed out on a Christmas present that I was expecting to give her, Even if the package was really lost in the mail, it took almost a month to ship. Unacceptable.

So I found this website advertised on facebook, thinking it was legit. I thought a friend posted it, but i wasn't paying attention and it was actually an ad that went through my feed (I figured this out after my purchase of course). Anyways, I ordered 3 things, and just like anyone who first goes to the site, you add things to your cart like crazy! Why? Because the products are supposedly quality (expensive) products that are marked down tremendously. A 250 dollar down comforter for 36 bucks? WHAT A STEAL!

Well let me tell you, a 36 dollar down comforter will get you... well, a 36 dollar down comforter. It's not even a down comforter - more like one of those disney comforters you get at walmart. It's so awful! And I would return it, but it would cost me more to ship it back to china because its so heavy than to just donate it!

So... this website isn't a complete scam, I mean, I did get "product." But was it the quality it claimed to be? Oh god no.

I ordered several items from here. The ones that came were ok, except for a childrens tablet that I am trying to return as my child can't even work it. I ordered two of these said tablets and never even recieved the second one, along with another item on my order. These were ordered over a month ago. When I call, no matter what time of day, they tell me I need to email due to high call volume. I have emailed several times, and still have no resolution to this problem. I would like my money back and to return the item my child can't even use. Hopefully I will get a response now!

Worst website for trying to find things. I would type in exactly what title would say about product and would respond that it did not exist. After viewing an item, for me it would go back to the very beginning, no web pages! Not impressed with customer service either. I tried to talk to them about their two week return policy saying it didn't make any sense because alot of people would be shopping on Black Friday and Cyber Monday for Xmas ( that's what those days are specifically for!) and would not be able to return any merchandise after Xmas. They held by their policy of 2 week returns which is ludicrous. I have returned poor quality merchandise. One now a ring which is two-tone gold plated and silver. The gold plating has already worn off and just received less than two weeks ago. Trying to decide whether to keep it or not because an exchange would probably end up doing the same. They also are not answering their phones@#$%? Because of all holiday business-absurd.

The best way to rate nomorerack is INCONSISTENT. My experiences have been great and not so great. Two of my orders were excellent - easy ordering process and pleased with name-brand items I was already familiar with. One order was not available a week or so after I placed it, and the amount was refunded to my credit card. I was disappointed but these things happen. One item I received had a manufacturing defect, so I was given an RMA number and return label. I tracked it via USPS and it was delivered. Two weeks later, the manufacturer says they didn't receive it and nomorerack says my RMA will soon expire. So I guess I'm out more than $40!?! After this, I don't think I'll shop at nomorerack again.

Another site that offers a variety of items at extremely low cost under the premise that the buyer is purchasing directly from the manufacturer. The site does hold up it end on some great deals but a majority of the items presented are just low quality junk. Just like every other site like this on the web, it can be very hit and miss. Some items can be really good whereas others not so much. Shipping is cheap and relatively fast. Although I have heard from other buyers that their purchases came a lot later than stated. I have never had to deal with customer services or make a return but I honestly won't be using this site anymore because I don't think they really offer great products. If you're still interested, be very careful of what and how much you buy.

I have ordered numerous things from No More Rack and have liked it all so I never had to return anything. I just ordered a swimsuit and changed my mind before it even got here. I tried to return and was told I could not because it was a "Final Sale" item. I went back to the item and sure enough at the near bottom in small words "Final Sale". That is all I want to warn you about. Always look for this if its a possibility you might want to return because you can't.

I ordered two sets of the 12-pack of camisoles. There were supposed to be 12 different colors in each set. I ordered these in size Large. I have received both orders, but both are size Small. One set has the correct variety of colors but the wrong size, the other has six red and six orange camis. How do I go about exchanging the red and orange ones for the correct variety in the correct size? I can pass the others on to my daughters.

I ordered some Christmas gifts from here about 3 weeks ago. When I view my order, it still says "processing". I've tried getting ahold of customer service to see if it has shipped and maybe the tracking info is behind, but can not talk to anyone. Wish I would've read these reviews before buying!

My experience with nomorerack is not going good, I ordered one Bluetooth stereo headset and they send me some other product and after complaining about the incident they asked me to send it back via standard usps delivery and they will post my refund as store credit, but after sending the product its more than 3 weeks and I am still following. Also I referred my few friends and got $20 credit but when I went to use them it was not there, then I got to know about 1 hidden policy that referral credit is only for 48 hours. I was excited for no use.

On The last items i ordered at Choixi, I'm very suprise they add Magazin Subcription to my account (free for 1 year) without any notice, I contact the company ask for the reason and I want to cancel because I know it will be very hard and very husle to cancel after they delivery, the company cam't do anything for this matter? Even they automatic add without entering the code, please aware for this matter

Truthfully I am being generous with my rating because after they ruined my ten year olds birthday and over 2 month and 38 emails (countless hours) I have fially recieved my full refund. I won't go into the very long story as it has taken too much of my valuable time already but I CAN NOT recommend this site to anyone no matter how good the deal seems to be.
