I am grateful that there is a company that produces jackets free of animal products. However, they don't stand behind their products, their return policy is made to be inapplicable and their customer service is terrible. The coat I received was not in the color that was in the pictures. The shape of it wasn't right either. When I tried to return it, it turned out to be "final sale" because I entered a discount code. That was enough to make it final sale. The emails on the order updates didn't say the coat was final sale (picture attached). Regardless, they refused to take their coat back and issue a refund. I will never buy anything from them again. Sourly disappointed.

The products are of excellent quality. The brand creates beautiful wear and the coats are super warm! The customer service is very personal and friendly. Highly recommend trying them out in general and especially for sustainable cruelty free backbone. (P.S.) I was shocked at so many bad reviews on Trust Pilot. My wife and I both have their coats and they are not only sharp, stunning & made well, they're extremely warm! She also has their gloves and she said they are the warmest she's had (the fingers don't get cold after a while, like with other winter gloves). We both did have issues with their "Rye Puffer Bootie (Unisex)" and it was sad because they were also beautiful and the most comfortable boots (including snow/rain boots) we ever owned. Sadly there was a flaw in the design (which with our feedback) I'm sure they'll improve. They ended up being unwearable and we returned them for a refund no problem (this was close to a month later). Give them a try for yourself :)

As a US customer, I had such a horrible experience trying to purchase a coat. I am a very careful buyer who thoroughly looks through reviews and photos to try to make sure the coat will fit my needs and figure. I bought a coat that was final sale because most if not all the coats are final sale. I knew it was a risk but they are environmentally friendly plus they offered 15% off for first-time buyers. Unfortunately, the coat was much larger than expected so they offered me merchandise credit minus $10 for return shipping. The second coat I got had so many good reviews but the zipper was getting stuck and it was much longer than expected. I was able to get my merchandise credit back but it took a great deal of back and forth with the passive aggressive customer service team and they took $10 for return shipping and another $10 for restocking. I just ordered another coat but have had to pay $75 in shipping, return shipping, and restocking fees and they won't even give me the 15% off welcome fee because they claimed I had already redeemed it. And at the end of the day, the coats are much lower quality than I would have expected with janky zippers and poor lining. What a massive waste of money and time, I do not recommend them. What a shame for an environmentally conscious company.

The quality of the items are terrible and they do not say that the items are final sale and then they don't let you return them.

They have a deceptive exchange or return policy. If you get a product for a 20% or more discount then you cannot return it, exchange it, or get a refund. It is called a Final Sale. Well, guess what! They have a lot of sales to the point that I wonder if anyone orders without getting a discount of 20% or more. I ordered a women's jacket as a gift for someone in the size Medium and she wanted to exchange it for a Large. Noize will not allow it.

This was a gift to the recipient of the order, Lucy Nwaeke, at her shipping address. She says it is too small and she wants to exchange it for a size large. How can she do that?
