I ordered the X bed a few weeks ago, it came today and looks perfect. And Noho Home were incredibly helpful with the delivery as I had a few issues to accommodate. Thank you very much.

I've been a loyal Noho Home customer after my first purchase a year ago, the care and personal service put into every order is just as impressive every time.

My living area is beginning to resemble a Noho Home showroom. Each piece feels so special and unique, I couldn't be happier.

One of the worse online buying experiences we have ever had. I ordered the furniture in March and got the order in October. The chairs did not look like the pictures, the color was off, and the quality? Let's just say that who ever take their pictures did an amazing job, I hope they paid them well. The chais are made in China, very poorly made, arrived with dirt, and the color on the wood varies within the same chair. They offered a discount that was never given. Please do not buy from them, specially if you are not in their country, they will charge you a return fee that is extremely high.

Very misleading images on their website. Product does no way match the quality expectations for what the website displays, neither does the price of the item. Same experience as other reviews here. Poor quality shipped from China. Paid £360 in May, 6 months later after numerous emails to customer service, I came home today to find a crate dumped on the doorstep.
Shocking quality, the table top is buckled out of shape. I hold little hope of getting my money back.
Noho Home are a SCAM TRADER

Product (which was $800) was 6 months late. I was told over 10 times "it will be there in a week". When I finally lost faith in them I started the process for my credit card to claw back the charge. The product did finally arrive and it was completely broken. Even then, they refused to give me a refund. Thankfully I have purchase protection with my card. This company is a scam. Do not give them any business.

We ordered 3 pendant lights from NOHO Home ($300/each). We checked the return policy and upon receipt decided that they were not right for our home based on the quality of the light (cheap metal) and the underside color being too shiny. We contacted the company in a timely manner regarding a return -- and knew that we would be paying for the return shipping -- we were informed that this was a "CUSTOM ORDER" due to the fact that we "chose a color". Of course, we chose a color (black or white) because it was required to place the order! So, NOHO Home would not accept a return on this basis. We contacted our credit card company which attempted to back us but came back and said that they couldn't -- I guess that the fine print covers them. I would recommend NOT BUYING from this company unless you are ABSOLUTELY certain that the product that you are ordering is something that you FOR SURE will keep.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They have 3 different emails. Their office is a council estate flat! Please look them up on a government website and you'll have all the details there. Needless to say you'll find out it's a scam company. Please PLEASE PLEASE I BEG YOU not to waste your hard earned cash. Go elsewhere. Local charity shop would be better than the garbage they will sell you which I guarantee you'll bitterly throw in the bins. Considering the environment, do you want to loose money and also worsen your carbon footprint to junk that ends up in the bin?

They are a fraud and will sell you counterfeit goods. I've been monitoring them. They are breaking the law!

After correspondence with them I have received another rug which is just as bad. Now this goes to the bin too because they refuse to collect this lump of junk! The "100% New Zealand wool" is awful and shreds everywhere! Not £1000!

DO NOT BUY anything from this company. It all comes from China, and once you buy it you will never be able to return it. The quality of the products are outrageous. I will never buy anything from them again and will write as many bad reviews as possible.

I ordered 2 beautiful figurines and the smaller one arrived with the head broken off, they were very responsive at first after I emailed pics of the damage and packaging they went ghost on me.

Great service and great people. Stunning sofa! So unique, I'm very pleased. Delivered quicker than expected, very happy.

We ordered 2 chairs in May and after 80 emails, they don't know where it is_ extremely poor service for a company that claims to be delivering luxury. Pls don't order from here

Ordered a lovely set of new tablewear to gift to my Mother in law, she loves them! Very happy. Excellent customer service and easy to deal with them.

Ordered a freestanding mirror for my newly refurbished bedroom. Easy ordering process and the mirror was delivered quicker than projected. No excess packaging, which I was happy to see. The mirror looks lovely and is well worth the price. A great experience for my first purchase, I will be ordering again.

First time customer and would highly recommend! Everything from customer service, ease of purchase and the quality of the products is so high. Got my stunning Sofas and I'm so happy!
