I am absolutely in love with the Boucle Armchair that I purchased from Noho Home. It has quickly become one of my favorite pieces of furniture due to its luxurious boucle material that feels incredible to the touch. The chair adds an element of elegance and coziness to my living room that is hard to replicate with any other piece of furniture. The customer service team at Noho Home was also fantastic to work with, providing quick and helpful responses to all of my queries. I would definitely recommend this chair to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish addition to their home.

I would give a 0 if I could. I made the mistake of not reading these reviews before shopping this site. DO NOT SHOP HERE. YOU WILL HAVE YOUR MONEY STOLEN. I purchased a $2500 mirror in November and have been lied to over the course of 50 emails about the status of the product. No concrete information was ever given to me, and no one can tell me the status of my order. When I ask specific questions I am ignored until I follow up 4-5 times and they will not even budge on giving me my money back (which further shows they are not forthright in their business dealings). I wish they were in the US so I could report them to the BBB. I have resigned to never getting this mirror or my money back so please learn from me! DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Thoroughly impressed

I'm thoroughly impressed with the Lui, Demi, and Nayla Chairs that I purchased from Noho Home. Not only are they stunning to look at, but they're also incredibly comfortable to sit on for hours on end. They've added a level of sophistication and charm to my living space, and my friends and family have all been envious of their beautiful design. To top it off, the customer service team at Noho Home was extremely helpful and responsive, making the entire buying process a delightful experience. I would highly recommend these chairs to anyone who is looking to elevate their home décor.

Bought some pendant lights from them for $1100 each based on the beautiful photos on their website. What they sent in the mail are cheap $60 plastic garbage straight off of Alibaba. Do not trust this company. The whole company is a scam. The products are all bait-and-switch and look nothing like the photos on their website. They just drop-ship you cheap garbage directly from Alibaba and try to charge 20 times more than what they order it for.

I am so glad I stumbled upon Noho Home. I had been looking for unique and high end pieces for a commercial project and was nearly at a loss with the endless carbon copies you find everywhere. Having opened a trade account and speaking to their team, I was able to put together some truly stunning pieces for my client. Big thank you to the trade team and customer services, I couldn't recommend them more.

I was concerned about the delivery process and how the furniture would be handled during shipping. Maria really reassured me and I was provided updates throughout the entire process, making sure that everything went smoothly. Frustratingly, when I received my furniture, I noticed a minor flaw in the fabric of one chair. I reached out to the customer service team again and they immediately took action to remedy the situation, offering a replacement or a discount on the item. Overall, I am absolutely impressed with the service I have received. It's clear when a company values their customers and this shows in Noho Home's communication and willingness to go shove and behind to ensure satisfaction.

It's hard to find a brand that showcases designs with both aesthetic and usability in mind. These furniture pieces are not just beautiful, but comfortable and functional - it is evident that each piece is designed to be durable and long lasting. Delivery was slightly longer than expected but with couriers these days it's hardly a surprise. I would have no doubts in using them again and highly recommend Noho Home.

This might be the worst customer service I had. I have been emailing them for at least 5 times to follow up after a support lady said she would ask management about the products I received with defects to potentially issue me a full refund or a partial refund depedning on the images I sent over detailing the issues.

And soon after that email, they just literally disappeared. They never got back to me no matter how many times I followed up and I was being super polite every single time.

Here is a quote to quote from their customer support lady Maria - 'We appreciate you for sending the photos and we hope that you are doing well. I am truly sorry for this experience, I fully understand the frustration that you are feeling, but rest assured that we will do our best to get this sorted out. I have already forwarded this to our support and claim department, so they can file and make a report before proceeding or approving the claim requests. I sincerely apologise for the inconveniences caused this to you. As soon as I hear back from them I will give you an update right away.'

But in the end, not a word heard from them... Also the pictures they use on their site compared to the products they produced in China and literally did the dropshipping to me have so many scratches and look so cheap with the paint job...

Still freaking mad about this situation. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

1 star is being generous! Shocking retailer.

My experience with purchasing from NOHO HOME has been extremely stressful and frustrating and ultimately I have paid for a defective product. I purchased the KODAK Chair from them and took delivery of it on the 11th July 2022. After unpacking the product I identified the chair had a defect to the fabric in one area to the rear of the chair. I took pictures of the defect and emailed them immediately to customer service. NOHO HOME responded to say they would investigate only to be told later if I couldn't provide an image of the product packaging inside and out they could no longer investigate further. I explained this wasn't possible as the box had been completely dismantled/ pulled apart to remove the chair.

After contacting customer service and exchanging multiple emails over a period of 8 months, NOHO HOME have not attempted to replace the chair nor have they acknowledged my letters requesting a full refund. They have since emailed me (Dec 2022) to say they are looking at a possible partial refund despite me never requesting this. We are now in March and I've had no correspondence from customer service at NOHO HOME since Dec 2022.

I have now sent a further letter which again hasn't been acknowledged. A shocking customer experience for me, it is safe to say I will not be purchasing again from Noho Home and nor would I recommend this retailer to anyone based on my personal experience. A complete lack of customer care and acknowledgement of consumer rights

The light came damaged with a HUGE crack. After waiting months for it. The quality was like it came from China. I mean it was plastic! The light was plastic! I reached out to them immediately saying it was damaged and that I wanted a refund. They said it would take a few days to escalate the issue. Weeks later, I reach out again. They say they are still addressing the issue and that a new light will be coming to me soon. I said I don't want another light, I want a refund. They responded saying that I asked for a new light. I repeated that I never asked for a new light and simply wanted a refund and to return the item.

Long story short: it's been TWO MONTHS of them ignoring me. Not refunding me. And not even sending me a new light.

SCAM. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. LOW QUALITY.
