I have found them to be a pretty comprehensive and reliable source of premium plugins. Quite up-to-date in terms of versions - zero issue with any cleaniness and accuracy of code. The nobuna plugin for updating plugins is great.

I have used Nobuna for a few years now and I was happy with the service up until now. I logged in last week to try download a plugin but found that my membership was no longer active. I could see that my payment information needed updating so I did that and purchased a new membership - even though I thought I was paid up. After renewing, I was still not able to download products. When attempting to download, I am sent to a cloudflare access page that says my account does not have access. The website displays "CookieHub - This website has exceeded the included session limit or the service has been suspended".
I have contacted Nobuna at least 10 times with no response. I have not even gotten an email confirmation that my support request was received. Two transactions have been charged to my credit card - Nobuna has taken money out of my account. I'm not sure if I am blocked? I don't think so, as they took my money.
I can't get support and so I have posted here as a last resort. I will gladly retract my review if this get resolved promptly.

Hard to beat - worth it just to try before you buy premium plugins.

Bought a plugin that needs a key to work, and they don't provide the key?!?! Then, they don't refund me!?!

They sell their membership saying "Instant access to full repository" and "fair usage policy of 10 downloads per day" which creates an image that if we signup for their membership we will get all the plugins for free but they ask to buy everything afterwards.
They should display that this is membership price and you will still have to buy the plugins at whatever rate.
Really bad idea. Membership is worthless. :(

never ever use this. there are lot of cheaper solutions than this. I have requesed a refund and now fingers crossed if they refund or execuse.
The sites distribute malware and unchecked versions of the plugins and themes and take zero responsibility of course for any wrong doing while pocketing people's money. Completely unethical and in violation of proprietary trademarks.
AVOID this site for your own sake.
I bought a subscription with them and later realized they download their plugins from https://prowebber.ru/ and later sell at a fee on their site. I asked for proof of purchase of the plugin but they were unable to produce it. Stay away from them

don't buy from them. they download nulled plugins from prowebber website and sell on their site. They are thieves

Nobuna plugins and themes are cheaper than on other sites!
Besides, they have a great amount of the best elements for WordPress sites.
