I had ordered the same from Build.com and it was on backorder and more expensive. I canceled the order, then found the sink on home perfect. Not only was it more affordable WITH personal outreach and prompt communication related to delivery and the delivery person carried everything to my garage. 5 Star experience

The company offers 110% price matching then I kept getting the run around on getting the purchase price correct. Once we settled that we moved to the mounting brackets that were supposed to fit the 2 units I ordered. The cheaply made boxes were destroyed during shipping and the hardware was missing. They promptly sent another set inside a second stronger box which made a huge difference! The mounting holes in these brackets don't line up with either of the units so I had to drill new ones for the rear bolts. I am still working on the extended warranty Bailey and Denise are doing their best to help me with that issue and hopefully it will be resolved soon.

They were amazing... They knew exactly what I needed for my store during the pandemic and got me equipment when everyone else was out. Then they made sure to get it to me fast and without any problems. None of my workers contracted Covid despite working as essential workers in close quarters and I believe its because of the air purifiers I got from them. All during the process, it was easy to get in touch with them and speak to an actual person! I highly recommend them!

Found Tri State Air on Google & took a chance to install my ductless air conditioning systems on the second floor of our private home. He took the time to think thru the best way to install the units we wanted & also found us the best value. He was very timely with his responses & completed our job in 2 days although the estimate was 2-3 days. The job was completed very neatly & professional. My husband and I were very pleased with the outcome & he also followed up to make sure we were happy with our system a few days later. Highly recommend!
