“Worst customer experience. A total Nigthmare!”

Inside the Southern 441 Nissan Palm Beach County Florida I was called a LIAR loudly more than once by the Service Manager around employees and Customers in the main show room. I Recently had a new Antilock Brake System Module installed in my Nissan Pathfinder and I knew the connector (plug) had a crack on top but the connector locked and secured well to ABS module. The vehicle was brought in to the dealership for Diagnostic Trouble Codes that were showing up and possibly needing Controller Area Network diagnostic. After picking up my vehicle, I observed that the ABS Module connector was glued to the ABS module and I was told the locking arm on the connector was broken and the connector was too loose to function properly. I was never given a choice of how the repair work would be done. If I had been, I would have preferred a new connector be installed. When I questioned why it was glued, I was immediately accused of breaking the connector. I never accused anyone of breaking it in the first place, knowing it was cracked. I was then loudly called a "LIAR" in front of customers and employees inside the dealership more than once in a threatening way. I was purposely disrespected, belittled, embarrassed, put in fear and humiliated at the dealership in front of other people. By the way, I removed the glue holding the connector in place and had the connector checked by independent mechanics who say the connector is not broken. The locking arm functions and the connector fits securely to the module. I have been driving my car without any issues for weeks now. What did they fix? If anything, they caused me to break off the plastic on top of the connector to unglue it from the ABS module. To add further insult, they charged me for over three hours of Controller Area Network diagnostic which cost $187.77 per hour. Every independent mechanic I went to said it takes one hour to do a Controller Area Network diagnostic. The only comforting thing with today's current affairs is they had to wear a mask when they were robbing me. But more than the poor work done, it was being horrifically disrespected, belittled, embarrassed, put in fear and humiliated by a Service Manager in front of customers and employees that is not forgivable. I am a senior citizen only wanting good service and not to be attacked. Save yourself the grief and embarrassment that I went through and avoid going to Southern 441Nissan or Greenacres Nissan which are Managed by the same franchise owner and also the same Service Manager who disrespected me. Could you imagine what might have happened if I had a bad temper or worse? I have been going to this dealership since 2007 and I have owned four Nissans. It's about time I Bought American Again! Good bye, Nissan, Never again!

I would not suggest Nissan to anyone. Nissan is known for putting these bad cvt transmisions in these cars. Mainly Versas, Sentras, and Altimas. They want you to pay money for a new transmission so that they can get more money. They make these cars cheap for you because they will have more problems. They sell you on the fact that they are great on gas. I have bought 2 Nissans. Rogue and Sentra and both cars needed new transmission. This is my last time getting Nissan. Im moving on to Honda. Nissan USA didnt care about the fact that I tried to gst the car fixed under warranty. They kept telling me a code didnt come up. If you ask me I think they are lying. We arent back there with the mechanics to know the truth. Because if the car is fixed under warranty then no one gets paid. They are all money hungry. There is currently a law suit taking place as we speak on Nissan for 2.77 million compensation for scamming their customers. If you dont believe me look it up and try to sign up for the settlement. Thats all they want. Hear me when I say this. Dont get Nissan! Dont do it!

NEVER allow sr citizens to shop alone. They will video tape their confessed deals. Like they did my mom. Over charged her with high montly fees and now cannot retire.
The cars are beautiful and can be trusted by salesmanship sucks... just my view. I wonr shop this place again.

Due to strange circumstances I had to get a car fast and needed it for less than two years. Nissan has 18mo lease that was perfect for me. I did not care what I got and the least expensive was Nissan Fronter ( bit strange because this is 40K truck). I got the S version.
The good:
• The engine is powerful
• Fairly quiet for a truck
• The sound system is fine
• The Apple play is standard and good enough
THAT is about it!
The bad:
• For 40K vehicle you would expect it would have many more features
• No power seat
• No power mirrors ( you need to open the window to adjust them, welcome in 1980)
• No heated seat or steering wheel
• No hitch ( really for a truck!)
• No automated key entry ( I live in New England, I need to fish for the key in my packet with my gloves on, to open the door)
• No vanity mirror (they could not add the $2 mirror to 40K truck)
• No light in glove compartment
• Very limited storage ( big time)
• Below average gas milage
• The 4x4 is great on snow but very noisy
• The seats are about average
• The back seats are cramped
• No fog lights
I summary: I got the basic version of the Frontier, but I would still expect the 40K truck to come up with some upgrades. This one is less "equipped" than my 9 yr old Lexus. I guess Nissan is pushing the upgraded versions.
