I am highly satisfied with the basic skills to close a deal. I have purchased many cars. Today, I feel that G. W., Customer Relations Manager, sells a high volume of cars. The follow up calls from Sasha and Tasha to come in to the dealership was top notch service as well. I love the whole experience at your dealership!
Hi all brought my truck into Concord Nissan for a trade in and the sales director of operations offered me 3000 less than what my truck is actually worth! Anyways I try to get solutions online and by phone from nissan to no avail and they and they dismiss me every time! I will never buy from them again because of their scandalous business practices! Dont get me started on their service department!
We purchased the Nissan becuse of the safety system's and when we took it back to the dealer for oil changes in the first and second year of owning the new car we experienced a warning light coming on for the front radar. We asked Bomareno Nissan of St. Louis to investigate when he had the can in for service but they always said everything is ok. But the first time we took it back after the warranty time ran out but not the malage the dealership stated the front radar has failed and the to change it it would cost $1,700. And to make matters worse he state this happens a lot. I belive Nissan has a problem with their radar. I have sent this message to St Louis Bomareno Nissan but no reply.
My car have *******km and 1 year. We see many spot of rust on the side of the door and the trunck. When we drive at 110 km/h and the we have average wind, a big sound from the passager window. The dealer said all is normal. The rust is normal and all car do that. I will call nissan canada but I dont think tghey will make something for me... very disappointed.
