Their website designer, Alberto, particularly has been a tremendous help with designing so many of our graphic needs to give us the exact look and feel we're looking for. And their web support team has been so responsive and helpful to give us the polished look and functionality we're looking for in our website! We love DentalQore!

Purchased the Air Flosser Pro by Philips for both my husband and myself. It is the poorest made product ever. When we called customer service was told by one person that there were still a lot of kinks that needed to be worked out. In the past 9 months have been through 5 flossers. They don't stop shooting water, they jam so they don't work at all or only some of the time. When you call customer service we were told once that because we used listerine mouthwash we voided the warranty which is not indicated in the warranty. Each customer service person had a different response. Tried getting a replacement from Philips and it took over a month because they were on backorder. When I made a followup call was told the wrong one had been ordered for me and they would have to order the correct color and it also was on backorder. Gave up and started going back to the store for returns. We have explained to the store the poor customer service we have received from Philips and they stated they would take care of us. Tried to post a review on Philips about their product and customer service and the review was rejected.

I was firstly impressed with their informative website which let me understand various services they provide. When i met doctor there and tell my problem, he let me feel so much comfortable that my fear for tooth treatment gone. Their service is really world class with all latest tools and equipment they have. And i must say doc was really skilled with his job. Every staff there was so much supportive. Now i recommend all my family and friend to go there for their dental issues, even i also make periodic visit to keep my oral healthy.So i recommend you to have visit there, you will not going to be disappointed.

This company never responds to inquiries. Their customer service is the worst. How many times do you have to email them to get questions answered? They don't provide a contact phone number.
