In May, I purchased over $200 worth of merchandise. It arrived in three separate shipments in August. None of it fit. The large pants would fit a child. One of the size XL shirts were tiny. None of the sizes are even marked on the garments. It looked like they just threw random sizes in bags. The garments were advertised a being made of linen. Some were not even cotton. I don't know what they were. Maybe rayon.
There is no telephone number to contact them. They only provide an email address on their website for returns. I tried it, and the email came back as un- deliverable. Never do business with these people. FH

It's really understandable that the parcel took so long to arrive due to the epidemic, but waiting so long was worth it. The items that I have received are great, you get what you see in the picture. The products are so comfortable to wear. Aside from that, their customer service is great too, friendly and so respectful. I will definitely buy more products here.

Please do not shop at this website if you live in USA. Items I received did not fit, one item was the wrong item. When I attempted to return the package to China I found that US Mail charges would be more than the order. It didn't make any sense to return. Even if I changed packaging the return just didn't make sense financially. Not only that but since the business is in China and trying to reach someone on their website; no one responded (good luck with that!) and when they did they could not respond in understandable English. Just stay away from them, they are bad news.
I purchased five tops from this company. It took over a month for them to be delivered, and none look like the pictures on the web. The fabric is far cheaper, the colors are not true, and the sizes Are off. Plus one has a sleeve that is longer than the other. They have been stalling me with the return information for a month, and keep asking for SKU numbers which did not arrive with the tops. I expect they are running out the clock. Additionally to return them I have to send them back To China which will cost nearly $30 more and from the other reviews I have read here I doubt that I would get a refund anyway so I am stuck with these clothes I don't want. Do not buy from this site!

They asked for the SKU, which I provided. Then they asked for pictures to show the problem, I provided. Then they asked for the SKU again. We exchanged at least 10-15 or more e-mails. Rarely did I receive a response from the same person. They made an offer of giving me a $21 cash coupon. I spent $70 USD for 4 blouses. They claim they couldn't incur the cost for return shipping because it cost too much. I replied that I would pay for shipping. How much could it cost to ship an item that weighs 15 3/4 ounces (447 g). In all of the correspondence, they never revealed their return shipping address. Here it is August 5,2020.
I have bought a pair of shoes and is now two months and have not received it. When you send them email asking them what is going on they just tell you the same thing that your order maybd delayed. There tracking the package sucks and very sketch!

I received this order after over a month. The blouses were all marked L but one was too big and the others were too small. The quality was poor. The designs were rubber painted on fabric like printed T-shirts. Nothing I would ever wear. I have a dispute up on PayPal and have emailed the company a number of times, but they will not refund my money. They have offered to send me another item at 40% and partial refund. I am very disappointed in the product, the communication, and the refusal to refund. I have wasted a lot of time on this.

I ordered clothing 2 weeks ago. Only half the shipment came and it was completely wrong. They sent me the wrong order that wasn't even mine and I ordered way more clothing then shipped. They also took way too long to ship. Worst experience ever. This is the last time I am ordering from this site.

I waited almost 6 1/2 weeks for my items. Their size chart is bogus because the clothes are made for very small individuals. The address on the package that I got was from Jamaica New York. So that's where I sent the items back For Exchange, only to be told that that was the wrong address and I have to send them all the way back to China. It cost me $10 to send the items to Jamaica New York that was the only address on the package at the time it was delivered. Now they want to give me 50% of the cost of the items.
